We have been using Business Waste for two sites. Unfortunately, they had to return one of the sites to us after a couple of missed collections, as we were advised that access was restricted because the site is in a residential area.

We really appreciate them being honest about the situation and choosing to end the service rather than continuing to chase collections back and forth.

We have had a few hiccups with the second site as well, but Alyssa has been very helpful and has kept an eye on the collections to make sure they are happening as scheduled and that any missed collections are re-collected.

Overall, we are happy with the service and really appreciate the helpful and honest customer support.

Our usual provider was unable to support us with the collection and disposal of hazardous products, so I reached out to BusinessWaste through their website. I received a response within hours, and within 24 hours of supplying the MSDSs and images, the collection and disposal were fully arranged - thanks to Toby, who provided outstanding service, was highly responsive to our requirements, and made the entire experience simple and efficient.
