Awful company
Awful company, this is not suitable for any body running a small business. They don't send you the invoice, they want you to logon to their system, manage the whole thing through their hub, effectively making you work for their service. This might be suitable for people who are not busy, but if you run a business and want your waste collected on the day they say and don't want to go hunt for your invoices every month then I would not recommend

Do not sign a contract with this company
Do not sign a contract with this company you will regret it. Start of with a fare price then you get over weight charges even when bin is nearly empty. Surcharges for fuel . What you don't get is reduce cost when your bin is empty but still emptied no response when you complain reply from waste basic spoke to customer service and they was helpful and now hopefully this is sorted and will update next time i get a invoice thanks
