Good place to park for Luton Airport. Parking is easy and shuttle bus too and from the airport is very regular. No issues and would definitely recommend.

Quick processing on arrival, short wait for bus (maybe 2-3 mins) & drop off outside terminal. Bus waiting when we returned

This was our second time using the premium self park. Easy to book even when we needed to alter the date and time. Very helpful staff on contact by phone. The transfer was waiting for us going and coming back so no delays at all and only few minutes from airport.

Great experience. Easy to book on website, great signpost to carpark. On arrival a parking warden told us where to park and showed us where shuttle bus pickup is. We didn’t have to wait for shuttle bus- amazing experience. We were at terminal in less than 10min. Came back from holiday, shuttle bus was awaiting at airport terminal, collected car . I great experience. Will use again!

Great service bus on time

Car was safe and still in one piece, so must be good.
Driving towards the gates it’s looks dodge! And you think “what have I let myself in for” but you enter the gate and hut doesn’t look professional. They really need to send money on it, as first impressions count, and if I’m leaving a 30 grand car with them I need to feel reassured.
Parking was easy listen to the guys, the area numbers you need and park up yourself, and lock it and hang on to your own key. No need to leave it anyone, like Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.
the bus or in my case a luxury mini bus was quick and roomy and got us to the terminal in no time at all.
On our return we follow the bus and taxi sign and go to Bay G, give your name and reg to the guy there and he bundles you on a mini bus back to the car park.
All in all it’s was easy and painless so I have to say Yes worth the cost. I would say good value, but it was smooth and painless and happy to pay for no hassle.

I've used this car park for a few years and many trips. Always somewhere to park. Car is always fine when I get back to it. Regular bus to terminal and back. If I can fly from Luton, I always park here. If there is a downside, it's the spaces are quite slim!!

Picked up promptly for outward and inward flights very happy with service and a good price .

Drop off was excellent, pick up was less so and there was no one on the desk when I arrived - I had to wait about 5 mins- and the guy on the phone was a bit curt with me. However, you provided the parking service I wanted and right by the airport so I would use it again.

Very close to Airport, Driver with the bus are there all the time to transport you to Airport or to Car Park, Very Easy Everything, and very Friendly people working there!

It was a very easy process from paying for the parking, to turning up to park before departure as well as arriving back to the car after arrivals. The location was very close to the airport and only took around 5 minutes in the supplied shuttle bus. Upon landing on the arrival all it took was a phone call to the office and they sent a vehicle to collect us to takes us back to our car. The staff was very friendly as well as very helpful.
I would highly recommend this service.

I have always parked here when I’m traveling from Luton, this time I had a rather awkward bus driver, he won’t let my suitcase which has fragile stuff inside it to sit flat, he wanted it to sit upright on its side while taking us to the carpark,
I understand if he has many luggage’s to load, but it was the only suitcase in the whole suitcase compartment under the bus. I waited until he was about to move and asked if we can seat it flat incase it drops and offf he goes, starting raising his voice and shouting, I asked him to speak to people with respect but he refused and kept of going.
Disrespectful manners and rude.
The last thing you need after your travels.
I’m unsure why they hire drivers like him.
Next time I’ll be parking at the airport parking,

Really good service, quick to let you park and drive you to the airport. Very accommodating and mindful of return flights delays, like in our case the flight was delayed 2.5 hours and once we got outside the airport the van was waiting for us to take us to the car.
