Really good service, quick to let you park and drive you to the airport. Very accommodating and mindful of return flights delays, like in our case the flight was delayed 2.5 hours and once we got outside the airport the van was waiting for us to take us to the car.

Easy instructions, dropped car off with no wait, car was waiting for us when we got to the carpark.

Awful experience. Put the post code from the Web site into my phone. Took me to the municipal waste dump! The guy on the gate said it happened all the time. Got to the carpark - finally and waited 30 minutes for a bus. It took the best part of an hour from parking to getting into the terminal. Totally, utterly ridiculous. The bus was totally, uncomfortably rammed. Really slow and unpleasant.

On the way back the bus also was also totally rammed. There simply aren't enough buses. People were getting off and on at every stop... except our stop, which the prat of a driver went right past because none of us had pressed the bell. No common sense!

The experience of the parking was terrible. If you are able to avoid I totally recommend you do.

Next time we use Luton we're going by taxi, slightly more expensive but it will avoid this terrible experience. Consider using a taxi to avoid the bad parking experience!

The service was as expected. Main problem was the instructions to go to the “multistory car park”. These need to be updated, as there are 2 multistory car parks at Luton airport. That cost us 20 min realising the mistake and then navigating out of one, out of the airport and back to the correct one. Signage at Luton is inadequate in general.

The stuff very rude when I drop the car. On my return they was not on the desk. I wait long for my keys. This for me it's not meet and great at all!

So the links to the car park were wrong took us to Luton town centre in one link via email then the other postcode took us to a random place further down was very stressful! Getting home in bus was fine but they need to make sure they give customer correct postcode and links!

Arrival was good and we weren't waiting very long. Staff were friendly and polite. However upon return, after a delayed flight and arriving in the early hours of the morning, they took around 35-40 minutes to retrieve our car. And when they did arrive they were driving the car overly fast and taking corners really quickly, with the tyres squealing as they came around the corner. Whilst waiting, we asked for an update on ETA several times and each time they simply replied '5 minutes' away. Not ideal when you chose this parking option because you wanted to save time and stress.

Very friendly and efficient staff both at car park and on the bus.shuttle really does run every 10 minutes.
Can’t fault the service but still think there needs to be better lighting on the road to the car park entrance!!!!

Easy to book, easy to use, polite friendly staff, knew me by name, car ready on pick up, only down side is that the car park was not identified so had to drive round twice as post code took me to a closed road due to building works. Great parking for departures
