Timely service, from arriving at the car park, transport to the airport, and transport to the car from airport on return!

All good, maybe sometimes abit difficult to find a space busy times, do not forget to take car park ticket from entry machine with you

The postcode on the paperwork for finding the carpark takes you to the wrong one. It takes you past the slip road. So you then have to be buzzed through the wrong one to get back out. The bus stops in the car parka are numbered according to the car park. So, it wasn't bus stop no8, it was no2. Didn't cause us a problem but could potentially cause issues for people. Otherwise, all good.

Drop and pick up was great, no problems dropping car off and leaving keys, same on return nice and easy. Just the off putting part was the long wait at 3am for a bus back to the car park. Had to wait for 2 buses to come and go as so many people waiting.

Great service the QR code scanner now advises time for bus arrival which is really useful. Easy pleasant staff.

Meet and Greet at EMA was a very pleasant experience from arrival to departure, couldn’t fault it at all. Well done and I shall be using you next time we fly from EMA

Amazing price hotel and parking cheaper than official airport parking alone , smoothly drop off and pick up without delays , the only thing is that is a bit far from the airport , definitely recommend it

Very easy to book, entry and exit from car park quick. Overall a great service and not far to walk to the airport terminal with luggage.

The staff were very helpful over the phone during the flight cancellation. I also managed to get a free replacement battery for my car key, as it had gone flat and I couldn’t open the car.

Using Meet & Greet services at Birmingham could not be easier. Book your parking on line ( the earlier the better) then drive in, the staff are waiting. They check you in and give you a receipt for your keys including a number for phoning them when you're back. 5 minutes walk and in you're in the airport!

I always use this car park when flying out of Manchester. The staff are always welcoming and helpful and the bus drivers happy and friendly.

Meet and Great was great. I booked terminal 3 months ago. There is now no meet and definitely no greet.I now have to walk for 15/20 mins in both directions. I would like my money returned please

I recently booked parking at Luton through Airparks.co.uk and was charged £37.99. Shortly after, I discovered that another website owned by the exact same company was offering the same service for £32.49.
When I tried to cancel to rebook at the fairer price, I was told I could only receive a voucher, not a refund. It’s frustrating to see such price discrepancies within the same brand, and even more disappointing that they won't rectify it for a loyal customer. A small amount, but a big blow to customer trust. Next time, I’ll be looking elsewhere.
