Great value, ultra reliable, very friendly and well organised, highly recommended parking option.

The actual process was very good, once we found the place. What wasn't good was the postcode and address given to us on the email wasnt correct and when we put it into the sat nav we were taken to a dead end which at 04:00 in the morning became very stressful. Special thanks to the attendant who was on at around 14:00 on Sunday 11th who helped us jump start the car as we had a flat battery which we felt was caused by leaving an interior light on when we dropped the car due to not being in the right frame of mind by being given the incorrect information. However, that said the process was good and the staff were very helpful.

Very easy to find, secure, regular shuttle services with a max 5 minute travel time.

Very pleased with the service. It’s a well oiled machine smooth operation they have going there. Drop off was in parking building no1 and pick up was easy - you just need to call in advance of drop off / pick up. Highly recommend.

Despite having ALL vehicle details correct when booking, I was charged an extra £30 on arrival for a “large” vehicle. On return, we waited over 20 minutes for the transfer bus to the car park. Not being familiar with the drop off process we missed our stop , which was the 1st one. When we realised this the driver said we would have to wait for a return bus in the same car park which would be about half an hour!! When we protested he made a big deal about dropping us back to the 1st stop after dropping everyone else off, and was actually quite rude….it was our 1st time using this parking service at Luton and probably the last!!!!!

Easy to find, close to airaport, good service

We have used this parking service many times. Highly recommend very close to airport with a very regular mini bus

It went fairly well until we were held in the tarmac side virtually chairless concrete pen for about half an hour. We were then told in a VERY hard to hear gentleman' voice that there was a warning light on and they were awaiting an engineer. About 20 minutes later we were told that more info would follow and later still we were told that we could board. YUK. I was lucky some one who was already seated in one of the four chairs got up and offered me her seat. WHY CAN YOU NOT PROVIDE MORE SEATING AT THE DEPARTURE POINT? What was the point in passing us through the boarding process when the plane was not ready to fly? YUK YUK again!

Good value for money.

I'm writing a review because previous experiences at Gatwick and Heathrow the staff are always grumpy, or I have seen drivers rude to people!... Not the case with Airport Parking Luton, friendly welcome at the gate and good instructions, and the driver pick up on the 7th October at 1900hrs was very welcoming and helpful to everyone on the pick up bus. Thank you!!

The best airport parking we’ve experienced. Easy, efficient and so close to the airport. We’ve used this service twice now and have hardly had to wait at all at either end of the journeys to and from the airport. Helpful and polite staff. Highly recommended.

We have used Airport Parking a couple of times. A few minutes from the airport, the shuttle bus is brilliant. Well recommend parking here if departing from Luton Airport

Excellent Service – Friendly, Helpful and Professional!

I’m very pleased with the service we received from Airport Parking Luton. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, understanding and helpful throughout the entire experience.

We had a last-minute change of plans and needed to change the vehicle details on our booking. The team handled everything smoothly and made the process completely stress-free.

Unfortunately, our return flight was also cancelled, which meant we needed to extend the parking. Once again, a simple phone call was all it took to get everything sorted. The staff were understanding, accommodating and happy to help.

What really stood out was how easy they made everything, especially when unexpected situations arose. It's reassuring to know you're dealing with people who genuinely care about their customers.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. We are extremely satisfied and would happily use them again. Highly recommended!

Good place to park for Luton Airport. Parking is easy and shuttle bus too and from the airport is very regular. No issues and would definitely recommend.
