great product, strong packaging and quick delivery--can i say more!

I needed a new chain for my chainsaw and when I looked at AbbeyPro they were half price for one day only! Bargain, and promptly delivered. Exactly the right part - what could be better?

Sent the wrong size of glover.
Ignored four emails.
'phone call no. one I was promised delivery of the correct size by return post. Ten days later- NO gloves.
'phone call no. two, nobody there; left a message- no return call.

Ordered on Monday and in use here in Sussex on Thursday and that was after an easy on-line ordering experience. Well done Abbey Pro.

I ordered something for Abbeypro on their webshop. The day after drew the money from my account and i never heard from them again. After about a month i decided to cancel the order, so i could get my money back. They never answered and they did not give my money back. I had to contact my bank to get my money back.

I will never use Abbeypro again or recommend to anyone.

If you want any parts for chainsaws or other garden machinery, then it would be hard to beat the service or range that these guys carry. Bar, chains or whatever for a 15 year old obscure model and they had items in stock.

Have been waiting for 18 days now for a pair of chainsaw trousers, rang them after two weeks of waiting - No one knew what was going on and staff didn't believe my reference number was anything to do with their company. They called me back twice that day firstly to say that the item was out of stock (not what it had said on the website) secondly to try to get me to buy some other brand of trousers, which they then found that they had no stock in my size, no more was said.
Called them back a few days later to find out what was happening same thing with reference number but I was then told the trousers would be with me the following day. Yippee!!
That day has arrived but not with any trousers nor an explanation. I'm currently waiting for them to call me back with an update on where they have gone but first he had to work out which company they had been dispatched with.
They never called back so another day follows with no signs of any trousers.
After calling them the next day I was told that the item had been lost after the second dispatch and the courier service had lost them at the depot somewhere, could be another week before the next delivery thus next dispatch date..
Very unimpressed with the "real bricks and mortar" company, seems like a company who didn't transition so well onto the web many years ago, perhaps an online tracking system and a website which states when items are out of stock would be useful features for the company to think about...(and then act on..)
After nearly three weeks of waiting and another potential week or so to go, I gave up asked for a full refund and have since bought the same item from buxtons who as standard offer next day delivery at no extra cost.
Now i'm just left wondering if the money will take nearly three weeks to enter my account that we shall have to wait and see...

Did not return my phone calls on numerous occasions, did not return my email contact.

V12 boulder safety shoes are the 3rd pair I'm purchasing .these are the best when it comes to comfortability.i had before timberlands - expensive and such a rubish, and then I had dr.martins.another rubish, but looks posh.so I'm gonna stick to v12 until they stop making them.thanks

I ordered a Silky Polesaw from Abbey one week ago and the goods arrived promptly. Unfortunately the aluminium extension tubing was damaged, presumably in transit. The blade which was separately packaged was undamaged. I telephoned Abbey immediately reporting this damage. This was 4 days ago. I was told to take photographs as Silky always requested this when goods are damaged. 36 hours later I received an email from Abbey saying that Silky now needed photos of the blade!. In other words I am having to prove that the damage was caused in transit and not by my own actions. This has been a bad experience with no sign of a speedy resolution.
