Wonderful service, I ordered the Washington step bed a few weeks ago the bed arrived today and I’m really happy with the bed, great quality and the service was great, very responsive, assembly team very helpful. Thank you so much for a really easy and positive experience. Definitely recommend.

Really great experience, we ordered 2 more made to measure sofas, the oyster Oxford and the Dior cinema. Quality is great and the customer service has been excellent, very responsive and friendly, really reliable company that went above and beyond for us, this has now been our second order, for another property we own, can’t recommend them enough

Like others I was a bit apprehensive about ordering a sofa I hadn’t seen in flesh or sat on and when the fabric I originally wanted was out of stock Hobs offered a full refund of my deposit or to change the fabric / colour and as I was a desperate for a sofa, after my old sofas had been collected already, I decided to change the colour of the Boucle material I wanted, so it’s not at all what I originally wanted and looks very grey, which I was trying to avoid, as I wanted more mink and warmer tones, however it is what it is! When it arrived it, it had the wrong feet on it and made the sofa taller than I wanted and it was a little smaller than I was hoping, no fault of Hobs on the size, so I decided to order another section as it is a modular sofa, I just wanted the exact same middle piece which measured 1.02m, so it would be even, however as everything is done on WhatsApp I didn’t actually speak to anyone to reorder and there was a communication error and I ended up receiving a section of 1.20m, I take half responsibility as I ok’d the final invoice and didn’t spot the error, but on the original message I did state the extra piece measured 1.02m…. When they delivered the extra section they also changed the legs, they forgot one leg for the middle of the long section but sent that in the post. Luckily I have the room for the extra length but it does make the sofa now look very odd and not with equal modules or back cushions. The cushion on this new section of the sofa was also 2inch higher than the other cushions, however once I messaged Hobs to show them, they arranged a few weeks later for the driver to come and collect to rectify, he ended up taking all cushions back as they had a bit of a weird insert inside which made you roll your one side of the sofa, which they removed to make them softer and now all seat cushions look alot better, there is still a slight height difference in the additional modular seat but it will have to do, the sofa itself is nice enough but is it what I actually wanted? Probably not, the ones I saw on their online website do look very different, perhaps it is the material being boucle and not velvet but there is something that isn’t quite right when I look at it, however you can not fault most of the customer service people as they are helpful and responsive on WhatsApp, one or two times someone replied with a harsher tone but the majority of the time there was a nice lady who dealt with my enquires and she was good at keeping me updated.

I’m so pleased with my cuddle chair, it’s incredibly comfortable, looks beautiful and fits perfectly in my bay window. It arrived already set up, the delivery driver was lovely and even took the packaging away with him. Definitely recommend.

These chairs are amazing, exactly what we wanted and needed to finish our living room. They provide great communication during the whole process. The delivery was amazing, completely worth the money and wait for them.

I bought a Charles cinema sofa in lux velvet blue and I am extremely happy with it. The customer service was excellent throughout. No delay with communication and from order to delivery was roughly 4 weeks. I also ordered a custom size which they got perfectly. I would highly recommend hobs for your cinema sofa.
It is extremely comfortable and made to a high standard.

Recently ordered my cinema sofa combination from this company, which included cinema beds and a U SHAPE sofa, everything was customised in which I provided my own fabric, I must say I’m not one to leave reviews however have HOB deserve to have one left the service has been outstanding, They have been so helpful from the start of my enquiry 9 months ago to the delivery last week. Myself and my husband are so pleased with the quality of our new sofas, they are beautifully made and I’m over the moon that we found a company which would work with the fabric we provided them, will 100% be ordering the rest of our furniture from here

Absoutely wonderful responsive and personal cusfomer service initially order samples and spoke to Emma who was a pleaure to deal with, talking through different options to suit my living area to updating me on the delivery of my new sofa. I the delivery time frame give was shorter than expected and the delivery process was very smooth.

The quality exceeded my expectations really happy and will be ordering again.
