This company charged me $1 for a trial…
This company charged me $1 for a trial and then, one month later, charged me $29 without my consent.
After I contacted customer support and filed a complaint because I had not used the app, they refunded the $29. However, only a few days later, they charged me another $29 again.
I had already cancelled my subscription, yet they still took money from my account. I immediately contacted support again, but this time they have ignored my requests and have not refunded the money.
In my opinion, this is an unfair and deceptive business practice. Taking money after a subscription has been cancelled is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Be very careful before providing your payment details, as getting your money back has been extremely difficult.
