Signed up for a 7 day trial for $1.50. Nothing else authorised. Then a monthly subscription amount charged to my account. Took numerous attempts and deep diving to find a contact link. Received email saying amount reversed which also showed as pending on my bank account. Next day the refund had disappeared! In addition for some reason the original pending charge of $49 had increased to $51.72. Have contacted bank but needed to cancel card. Do not trust this company.

It’s a total scam….like everyone says here you think it’s a £1 then they say you can cancel your subscription at any time and you can’t find a way to do this. The links lead nowhere….. total crooks. Do not sign up

I signed up for the $1 trial, but I was automatically charged $29.99 after the trial ended because I forgot to cancel. The subscription renewal was not what I intended.

I requested a refund immediately after the charge, but the refund process was not clear. Users should be more clearly informed about the automatic renewal terms before being charged.

TOTAL SCAM, ILLEGAL AND FRAUDULOUS. The same as everybody here. This website is a fraud and a scam. Avoid at all accounts!! You cannot cancel or do anything about your account, there is absolutely nothing you can do to cancel a subscription (for which you did not sign up!) and they will continuously try to take money from your card for that subscription. I had to block them on my card and terminate my card just to be sure! It's been a week since writing them everyday to close my account and cancel a subscription which I cannot close myself because on my account it says I don't have an active subscription, therefore I cannot cancel it. I receive the same template response email with broken links. It is impossible to cancel anything and they will take your money. Please avoid. I do not understand how this ILLEGAL and FRAUDULOUS platform can exist. It's a total scam. I will write everywhere I can about them, so other people will not ever make an account/"free trial" or anything on this platform.

It makes it impossible to unsubscribe. In order to cancel they said I needed to log into my account. However, in order to log-in they sent a link to my email, but this link did not work, despite multiple tries and using different browsers. I am now emailing them about this but so far their responses have been to tell me to log-in to cancel, ignoring the fact that I am consistently telling them I am unable to log-in because of a technical issue on their end.

They say its a no sign-up, free software to use, with options to upgrade to pro. I was made to sign in through gmail, and then had to pay for a 1 week trial for it to generate 1 picture lol. Just straight up liars

I am extremely frustrated with my experience using ChatDay AI. It has become impossible to cancel my subscription. The "Manage Plan" button is disabled, making it impossible to change my subscription settings.

I have sent several emails seeking assistance, but the support team continues to direct me to the same non-functional option within the ChatDay AI profile. This is absurd and its a scam.

I urge potential users to be cautious when using this service, as their cancellation process appears to be deliberately obstructive.

do NOT!! i had a free trial and cancelled it, but the company still charged me. i tried to cancel the subscription again, but it said that the subscription never existed and continued charging me.

Horrible cancellation process. I do not need to justify to you why I want to cancel a subscription. JUST CANCEL IT.

I do not recognize this attempted charge from chatday.ai / ChatDay for about $29.99. I did not authorize this transaction and I do not have an account or subscription with them. Please block further attempts from this merchant, freeze online recurring payments, and help me dispute or prevent this charge.

The worst experience ever on an Ai platform and with only joining through google they tried to charge me $49.00 today but I locked the card from another trial that charged me yesterday. Do not get caught in this trap of free trials

Same issue faced as others have reported. Misleading marketing as I was search for Claude AI. I paid the $1 and it continues to try to charge me after I tried to cancel. Cancelation is an automatic email response saying that they have canceled but still attempts to charge me. I don't understand how the domain does not block them after so many report.

I have reported them to their registar in attempt to block their site and keep others safe.

Tried it and signed up for the trial. After the first try, i could tell that it wasnt what i was looking for. Decided to cancel and i was charged $29. Requested a refund and nothing.
