AVOID huge scammers

AVOID huge scammers. the trial is $24 but then jumps up to $120/month if you dont cancel. then if you do cancel they offer you a $60/month offer, what they dont tell you is that that locks you in to the next month's $60/month and its only one month then goes back to $120. even worse wehny you accept the $60/month offer they NO LONGER ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL IN ANYWAY. when you click cancel subscription it reminds you you accepted the retention offer and gives you no option to cancel in any way. you cant even contact them as there is no contact. the way i got aroun it was i uploaded bogus credit card info so they could no longer charge me. insane

Very friendly service, interesting features!

I subscribed to the service on 21 May 2026.

There were some issues but they were successfully resolved after the weekend. The company communicates well and seems to be very friendly.

At the moment I'm happy with the service and, as the company mentioned here and in their message sent to my email, I will certainly give it another chance. Thanks a lot!

Started a free trial of HyperHuman…

Started a free trial of HyperHuman Creator ($280/year) on May 5, 2026. Trial ends May 12.
Tried to cancel the same day. The "Cancel subscription" button in the app opens a dialog titled "Subscription Successful" saying "We are currently processing your subscription information. This will not take more than 12 hours. Please try again later." It does not actually cancel anything. Repeated attempts show the same dialog.
The Stripe billing portal linked from the app has no cancellation option either — only payment method and billing info. This is unusual, since Stripe normally exposes a cancel button by default; it has to be deliberately disabled by the merchant.
I have screenshots of both. I see from other reviews here that this is a known pattern and that Deemos resolves it manually via email after several days. With only 7 days until auto-charge, that is not acceptable.
Sending an email to them now. Will update this review based on the response.

Fraudulent Charging

There was a free trial which turned into getting charged monthly with no subscription listed, no way to cancel, no way to contact them that works. Tried emailing and will end up having to dispute the charges through my bank.

Borderline fraud.

Borderline fraud.

I don’t how else to describe this experience. Yes the product worked.

I used a free trial to test it out and yes it worked. However once it was time to cancel that free trial, it was borderline impossible. I see below reviews where they’re stating that there’s an option to manage your subscription under your profile, there isn’t. There is no such option. If I could append a snip I would but I can guarantee there’s no option so they’re clearly lying to customers.

Additionally, after being able to cancel the subscription from their site, they attempted to charge my card which failed. I immediately cancelled using the stripe link in the email received by them. (the only email communication they really send out) Yet for some reason, I woke up this morning to a charge by them on a cancelled subscription. Funnily enough, they charged me yet I’m still on the free plan in their software. (I have pictures and video proof of this)

Also on search, this isn’t the first this has happened to others, I’ve seen results 6 months back with people having this problem with you guys, so why has it not been resolved…

I need money back Hyper3d.

Almost non existent customer support **UPDATED**

I tried the free trial and really liked it. I paid for one year two weeks ago. As of this writing I have still not been able to use the program. it keeps showing that I have 0 credits and it wants me to subscribe even though I did already. I have contacted them through live support and through email numerous times. Not a single email back yet (other than saying that they received my email and would get back to me in 2 business days).

Live support is no help either. They tell me that it shows that I paid for the year subscription and have no idea why it isn't working. Both people I have chatted with said that someone would get back to me, yet no one has. I don't even have the option to manage my subscription under my profile. The option isn't even there for me. I tried clearing my cache, trying different browsers, etc. with no luck. I finally asked for a refund the other day, and of course they have not gotten back to me. I am about to contact my bank about the issue to get my money back. It is a pity since I really liked the program and was looking forward to using it.

**After leaving this review I received my refund. They explained what the issue was and apologized for not responding to my emails in a timely manner. I am going to get a 1 month subscription and see how it goes. As stated above, I enjoyed using the a.i. when it was working for me.

Clean topology

Clean topology, free redo- Clean meshes and sharp details. Much better topology than I expected. And I'm suprised that they won't charge anything until you're satisfied with the results. So you can experiment and redo freely a lot.

Great for fast prototyping without…

Great for fast prototyping without heavy cleanup - I started using Hyper3D mainly for prototyping, and it has noticeably sped up my workflow. The geometry quality is good enough that I can focus on design decisions instead of cleanup. It’s not flawless, but it’s far ahead of most AI generators I’ve tried.

Control is what makes the difference here - The biggest advantage is control. Between partial redo, local edits, and low-poly options, you’re not locked into one result. That flexibility makes it feel like a real tool instead of a one-click generator.

One of the few AI 3D tools I kept using…

One of the few AI 3D tools I kept using - I’ve been testing a lot of AI 3D tools recently, and Hyper3D is one of the few that I actually kept using after the first week. The model quality is noticeably cleaner than most alternatives, especially when it comes to topology. That said, it’s not magic. You still need to know what you want and guide it properly. The big difference is that when it gets close, the redo and local modification features let you push it the rest of the way instead of starting over.

Subscription and Cancellation Issues

I subscribed to Hyper3D, and after I paid, my subscription never went active. I contacted support, and I didn't hear back yet after more than 24h (not even an automated email). I think I read somewhere that they can take up to 2 days to reply, which I believe is unacceptable in the current market. I tried to cancel my subscription, and there is no way to do it; they redirect you to Stripe, but there is no cancellation option.

UPDATE: After 5 days, they finally replied to me, and I was able to get a refund. Again, never received even an automated email saying the typical "We received your email, etc". I changed my review from 1* to 2* because even if they refunded me, my experience wasn't great, and if you are thinking about subscribing to their service, you need to be aware of this.

I have been withdrawn money for a…

I have been withdrawn money for a couple of months. When i look into my email i dont have any email from them about any subscription. I once payd for some tokens just to try their service but never agreed to any subscription. There is no way to cancel any subscription or delete my account.

Cannot cancel trial, was charged $300

I tried the platform with trial version. I had mixed feelings so I decided to cancel my subscription. But the "Cancel my subscription" command on the website does not work. I sent a ticket, no answer.

I sent an email with screenshot and video-capture, no answer either. So I was charged $300 from my account. Still no way to cancel my subscription, because they do not answer my ticket or may email so all i can do right now is go to my bank and cancel/block my card to make sure i will not be charged again in the future.
