Having purchased a second hand chain saw from a friend who was retiring I needed safety kit to go with it. Found Abbey Pro, thanks to Google. Prices comparable, and with two items better, than Screwfix and also able to get everything from one place. Day after ordering I was advised to get larger trousers than my actual size so phoned and changed order without problem. Guy I spoke to extremely pleasant and helpful and found order on system very quickly. Delivery received next day.

Good website choice of goods is backed up after the order is placed by a series of follow up e-mails detailing progress. Receipt of goods was 2 days earlier than I was hoping. I cannot fault the service that AbbeyPro has provided for me.

I bought the arborist gloves, which fit perfectly, the only thing was is the left hand glove only is fully protected. I feel that this should be in the advertising.

A good range of kit. The chain selector makes finding the right chain quick and easy. Postage was a little steep for 2nd class post of such a small item.

These guys are awesome, namely Ben. I ordered a gift for my fathers 60th and it wasnt going to get here on time. Ben bent over backwards to help and the next day I had a present to wrap for him to open on his return from work!

I ordered my boots on a Friday as that morning the sole unit in my own pair fell off. I wrote how urgent this order was on the order form, followed it up with a 'phone call and paid a further £10 for Saturday delivery (thanks Chris.....not!!)
I waited in all day Saturday but no boots were delivered.
As a result I also had to take the Monday off due to lack of PPE.
Upon enquiring, I was told that actually that DON'T DO SATURDAY DELIVERY!!
My £10 was refunded and the boots arrived on Monday WITHOUT the special offer boot dubbin that was offered.
Another 'phone call later and the dubbin was on its way.
A bit frustrating and prompted several 'phone calls on my part unnecessarily .

In fairness to Abbey Pro though, the problems were all swiftly dealt with but that hadn't stopped me being inconvenienced over two days as a result.

Helpful phone chat and speedy dispatch meant I got what I needed ASAP. Thanks!

Abbey Pro rang me to say the product I had chosen wasn't the very best in terms of being very heavy weight material and offered another product normally more expensive for the same price. These arrived the next day.

product very good value, putting together instructions not easy to follow but that might just be me.

Purchased Arbortec gloves about a week ago, delivery only took 2 days. The gloves are very comfortable and very well made. Would recommend AbbeyPro , used them before and will use them again.

I put a special request on my order for the item to arrive by Christmas Day, knowing this was ridiculous as only left three working days. I received a call almost immediately, apologising that the particular item would not arrive in time and so would I like an alternative? I admitted it was a gift I knew very little about and gave my specifications. I was then offered an apparently better product, which they promised to deliver by Christmas Day and instead of charging full price, they discounted it to what I was expecting to pay for the original item. The alternative arrived the next day and the recipient was thrilled with his present. Thank you!!
