Very happy
I am very satisfied with the Regatta safety shoes I bought from Workwear Gurus. The quality looks and feels significantly better than my previous shoes, of a similar style, from a high street store. Great service.

Wonderful jacket
I bought a navy / reflective outdoors jacket from this firm. Excellent piece of kit by Port West. Warm and cosy, nice loose fit and the inner "slippy lining" makes it easy to get in and out of. Pockets OK too. This is my second jacket like this and I've never found better. Also nice not being kitted out in wild day-glo hi-vis colours. Great for winter working outdoors. Recommended.

Update to your update: Please can you provide contact details (via Trustpilot request or just send a quick message to help@workweargurus.com) so we can get back in touch. At the moment we can't identify you from any of this description - or the name 'F U Perfume Shop' - and we just want to be able to get in touch. Paypal themselves should have instantly re-credited you if a claim was successfully made through them. If we have refunded you (via Paypal) then we would have done this as quickly as we could. We never withold money and always refund as swiftly as we can. We would now be looking to chase the payment back from them for you if there was any issue occurring their side. As it currently stands we can't assist as we don't know who to contact. If there is a problem we want to help so please reach out as mentioned.

Unfortunately we've been unable to recognise you as a customer of ours from either Paypal claims or our customer service records. We sent a request via Trustpilot to provide some details of your experience so we can identify if you have reviewed the right company here and trace any issue for you. Please do respond to this so that we can reach out. Our customer service is definitely very far from non-existent and we would like to get in touch.
Twice dishonest about UK stock
Second time ordering from workwear gurus. Same issues both times. Mascot advanced work trousers show in stock on website, however they aren't actually in stock.no contact you after ordering to advise extended lead times. First time waited 3 weeks with no contact and had to chase. Eventually cancelling my order because couldn't wait any longer for work trousers. Second time waited 4 weeks. Annoying AI email responses with no empathy or understanding or admission of fault. Again had to cancel. Avoid at all costs if you're ordering mascot from them as they don't actually stock it

We've been trying to get hold of you by phone and by email to sort the issue for you here but haven't been able to get through. In an effort to explain: We unfortunately never received your photos on our side and were still waiting for your response. This is why the customer service ticket was still open. We are not sure what has happened here as we can see you have said that you sent them to us. Either way, we are very sorry there has been a breakdown here that has led to a delay resolving this for you.
We've received your return back and have obviously refunded you in full straight away. We have also amended the copy on the product listing to avoid any chance of misunderstanding. We thank you for highlighting the confusion.
Under the circumstances, we would also like to be able to reimburse you for the return shipping you paid yourself to get your trousers back to us so please do get back in touch so that we can do this.
Again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced.
