I ordered some rock fall safety wellies, socks and insoles, just before Christmas, so I appreciate that people are not in work and things are up the wall a bit but I received an email from work wear guru advising me that there had been a issue with stock and the ones that I had purchased wouldn't be available until the end of January so they offered me a alternative to get them to me sooner, the correspondent email was Brian (YES YOU BRIAN) and I asked him if I could have some buckbootz instead and he advised me that yes they do have buckbootz in stock and that they have them in my size and sends me a link to the buckbootz range (so far so good) so I replied to Brian and explained that I would like some buckbootz in black and orange to witch I got a reply a day later that I needed to send him the exact reference to the wellies that I wanted as buckbootz have a huge range and the best way for me to do it was to copy the text and paste it in to my email to him, so that's exactly what I did (Thanks for the tip Brian 👍) to which I got a reply another day later explaining to me that the Buckbootz were a little dearer so I would have to pay a bit more (still absolutely fine) so I did as I was asked and let him know once I had paid to then get a reply saying he was going to send me the blue and orange buckbootz that day, to which I instantly replied no Brian I want Black and orange not Blue and orange (to which I got no reply) so I sent a follow up email stating that I wanted black and orange but what did Brian do he sent me the Blue and orange well guess what Brian I wanted Black and orange not Blue and orange like I asked for so overall not too fond of Brian as he is either ignorant or colour blind and slow at emails ( CHEERS BRIAN)

Customer service is excellent. I had minor delays with both international and local services, when I contacted Workwear Gurus, they responded promptly and comprehensively to both my emails. I will be using them again in the future.

I bought these boots for my son for Christmas , he has had them before and he thinks they are great, also delivery great and the company kept me well informed as to what was going on . Very pleased , thank you .

Although the order took ages to arrive, it was worth the wait, and it was a bargain. I compared the price to other sellers, and it was certainly the most competitive. I was kept in the loop by the seller regarding the journey of the product and a courtesy email regarding the reason for the delay. I will definitely buy another product soon.

A good stout pair of work shoes, well fitting and comfortable, keeps the feet warm and dry. And at the price; a great bargain.

Have made an order money left my account proof they accepted the order but they say they can’t find the order or payment even when I have supplied the evidence from my bank no contact just an email

Best work boots for me.
Have stuck with this brand for many years now.
As I crouch a lot for outdoor work I've found these are the least likely to split and the most comfortable fit.
Workwear Gurus delivered on time to pickup point and lots of communication on order and delivery status.
Would definitely recommend.

Oct 31st, Ord 58630, boots arrived after a lengthy, waaay longer than you'd expect delivery, so so slow. Boots turned out to be too small, and trust me, i know what size my own feet are, so that means the quality control of the suppliers are way off, and I returned them immediately for exchange.... its now 10th Dec and no boots have been sent to me in exchange, poor show, poor company, poor service. Without them I cannot work, so am forced to go elsewhere.

UPDATE- Prompted by the review, WorkWear Gurus obviously monitor, they have reached out with a sincere apology and a full refund as I have now been without work boots and forced to source elsewhere. My review still stands as to slow delivery, but they gain in the fact they reached out and rectified, thank you guys.

A reply to their reply- Absolutely 100% agree the slow delivery is down to royal mail, but as a business you should be tracking their failures and when it hits a percentage of failures, perhaps look at alternative vendor/courier.
it seems that some of your feedback when it comes to products, that is negative seems to be all about sizing issues, this is something I can wholeheartedly confirm, so maybe a bit more diligence is needed on your QC towards suppliers that they are supplying what they say.
Im jot saying I wouldn't return to Workwear Gurus in the future, just that you dropped the ball on this occasion

I ordered work boots hi Viz trousers and a high Viz T shirt from work wear gurus. My items arrived well packaged and we're delivered very quick. Communication from them is excellent. I even received an email thanking me for my purchases and a review I left for the excellent work boots. Good postage time, good product and value for money.

A solid piece of work/everyday wear for a really good competitive price. I have seen the same item for sometimes twice the price on other sites. Communication was excellent, and delivery time from mainland Europe to UK was good. I will be going back to this site as the company offer great value & are great to deal with.
