Would highly recommend using Tuffshop. Helen was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and ensured our banner was made just to our requirements. Excellent Service also from Dec (Design team) who produced the banners at very short notice. Excellent quality. Will definitely be using them again.

Great service as always. Very accommodating and Helen and Laura were very helpful when sorting my order.

Thank you so much Helen for all your help. We absolutely love the beanies and the embroidery is perfect.

i spoke with nicky from sales who kindly helped me exchange my new work trousers for a bigger size when i ordered the wrong size. she was very proffessional, helpful and nice to talk to. thank you nicky!

I ordered a few pairs of boots as needed them quickly and wasn't sure of the size but needed to return the extras,
Helen J was super helpful in helping me with the returns process! Quick and easy will definitely order from tuffshop again

Ordered boots with Nicky she’s got me next day delivery she was absolutely fantastic couldn’t help enough. I will be ordering again in future and will make sure I deal with Nicky

We needed branded uniforms quickly and Tuffshop were great - particularly Nicky who went above and beyond to have it all delivered in time for our new squad starting

The customer service is excellent - I had a few issues with my delivery and when I contacted their support team they responded very promptly and helped sort the problem quickly. Nicky in particular was great!

I’m giving this 5 stars to Charlie M from purchasing department as my order went from bad to worse. Not even going to write it all but want to say Charlie made it as much of a smooth journey through all the challenges we faced as possible! Great attitude and understanding!

I have just ordered my workwear with tuffshop with our company logo and the whole experience has been brilliant with all the staff and especially Helen who I initially dealt with. If you are looking for workwear i would highly recommend Tuff Shop you won't be disappointed.

I have bought a few different types of workwear items from tuff shop and the customer service and quality of items has always been great. Most recently Nicky Everall was very helpful in sorting out a mixup (which was my mistake) wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I was experiencing issues with a delivery to NI. Nicky was great, an alternative solution was found, the problem was sorted and items dispatched all within a few hours. Great. Highly recommend

Ordered custom hat with my business logo and wow so happy. The quality and workmanship is second to none! Thanks tuffshop!

I had an issue with some boots that were not right for me despite them being the correct size and different approaches to make them work, they gave me terrible blisters and I had to return them. The brand offered a 30 day guarantee, TuffShop carried out the process on my behalf and offered me an exchange of equal value. Jack and the team were extremely helpful every step of the way! Thank you!!

I have ordered online from TuffShop on a few occasions now. Great selection of workwear with quick delivery. Nicky was great in helping with an order. Will shop again

Brilliant customer service.
My order was unfortunately delayed due to a supplier issue but sometimes these things can’t be helped.
I spoke to Robert who was very helpful and very efficient at finding the issue and coming to a solution.

I’ve used this company for all my work wear over the years. The process is made as easy as possible by the quality staff who go out of their way to be as helpful as possible. The embroidery is spot on every time. A special mention to Nicky who always goes out of her way to help me out. I can’t recommend enough

Bought some steel blue work boots around 6 months ago and had an issue with one of the zips, contacted tuff shop to which they replied the same day, they then passed it onto steel blue with relevant info and I’ve got a new pair of boots on the way, all sorted with in a couple days by a lad called Jack Ellis haynes, would recommend

Payed a visit to tiff tuffshop today to get some work wear and Helen Jackson was very helpful and patient. Looking forward to receiving our new work wear, good quality and reasonably priced

Need to be clearer at checkout or via order confirmations through email as to waiting times for deliveries. I have found out that they don't physically stock the item I have ordered and that they need to place an order and wait on it to be shipped from Europe after enquiring. Meaning it's potentially a 2 week turnaround for the items to be received. Bit misleading, had I known this initially I would not have ordered.
