Excellent customer service from Helen, I had an issue with a faulty product which was dealt with swiftly and a replacement sent in around 24 hours.
A very easy process to get a replacement from start to finish, emails were responded to extremely quickly. Would definitely use TuffShop in the future for workwear.

Very responsive personal customer contact for our club order of specially overprinted Hi Vis waistcoats. I was able to manage deliver date and address with no problem thanks to Nicky Everall. Declan the design manager was also very helpful.

Had fantastic service from Bob. I called to see if I could swap the sizes of waterproofs I’d ordered. Nothing was too much trouble. New sizes ordered and received email confirmation. Excellent customer service.

I purchased some work shorts from here and delivery and customer service was top notch. Once I realised the shop was so close to me I called in and was shocked to see all the physical stock they have in store and sizes available. I will 100% be coming here again to purchase future work wear. Owen, Abigail & Helen were extremely helpful.

Nicky was very helpful in sorting an issue with my order, very prompt and always kept in the loop.

Had problems ordering on the website and emailed the sales email and Nicky was back in touch right away. We ordered the old fashioned way - On the phone and she sorted for me! Thanks Nicky!

I am very pleased with the service I received. The replacement was carried out extremely quickly, and the communication and customer service were excellent throughout the whole process. Really impressed with the customer service I received - particularly from Nicky! When one of my orders had an issue, it was resolved really quickly to my satisfaction. Things like this happen but its how its resolved that matters and in this case I was really impressed with the service received.

Tuffshop have assisted me in identifying the correct work boot as a pipefitter working within plantrooms, Helen in particular has facilitated communications between the boot manufacturer and myself.
Helens experience and knowledge has been a great help

Had to arrange an exchange so decided to phone ahead to get advice on sizing. Spoke to Robert Lodge who was extremely helpful; great product knowledge, highly efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

The service received from Bob Lodge was exceptional and the speed in which it was dealt with.
Would highly recommend and I wil be ordering again soon.

Nicky made it so easy for me to get my merch printed for my company. Lovely to work with. Also - their proofing system is excellent, as they communicate through WhatsApp for part of the process, which really speeds up the communication.
