Thank you 👍

Laura was very helpful with my return process and queries.
Very good experience overall.

Would shop here again.

It’s nothing wrong on tuffshops end as they got it to FedEx very quickly but FedEx told me it was going to be delivered on Thursday between 9:20 and 13:20 then it got changed to before 8pm then they changed it to before 8pm Friday and now it’s been changed to Monday before 8pm when I was hoping I’d have them as I’ll be working away all week so I’m not guaranteed to be able to get them now as they need a signature.

Nicky was really helpful and provided excellent service throughout. Communication was quick and clear, and the whole process with Tuff Shop was straightforward from start to finish. Really appreciate the support, thanks Nicky.

Ordered 3 Pairs of jeans online from Tuffshop that were slightly too long and needed to be exchanged. Laura in particular and all the team at Tuffshop were very helpful, quick to respond, and arranged for replacements to be sent very quickly. The whole returns process (which lets down so many companies) was clear, simple and very easy to follow. Would thoroughly recommend the business who obviously train their staff very well.

I have purchased work gear from TuffShop a few times now and every time it has been a great experience. The pricing and delivery times are excellent. The one time I have had a small issue with an item the customer service received from Laura regarding getting it replaced was outstanding, Laura was extremely prompt in her responses and very understanding of the situation. She is a huge credit to her company, and I hope TuffShop recognise her for her incredible customer service

Excellent customer service by Laura - answered my query promptly and arranged paperwork for a return swiftly (our fault not theirs!)

Dealt with them before and were faultless, NickY from customer services couldn't have been more helpful and considerate, emails are very prompt and she never forgot a thing, follow ups of information are so quick,
Very caring and considerate lady also answers phone 2 minutes before closing time, because of the support she gives im going to order lots more new kit from Tuff Shop.

Had an issue with delivery address Nicky was able to sort for me without any issues.

Very good quality material, order some for my company varsuite.co.uk for our staff, and they look amazing! The customer service and support was very good. I kept changing my mind and moving to a different material but they guided me step by step highly recommend! Helen is definitely the rockstar there!!!

Helen Jackson is a fab helper and exchanged our item very quickly

First time ordering tees from Tuff Shop, and it was really smooth. Nicky who helped me through the process was really helpful and kept me up to date when stock was going to arrive. Would order form there again!

Excellent service I have used these guys a few times now and they are very helpful and provide the perfect workwear 👍

Order came quickly, unfortunately didn’t fit properly so did an exchange for a larger pair. Helen Jackson was very helpful and also quick to respond throughout the exchange process. 5 stars purely for her

Bob Lodge took my call Friday morning as I needed some PPE urgently for the Tuesday morning,
He helped me with stock check sizing and brands and spoke to goods out to ensure my parcel would be despatched Friday afternoon , fingers crossed it gets delivered Monday, All in all a great helpful service.

Helen was very helpful over the phone with my delivery query. Promptly called back and got stock shipped right away. Ace service

Had a query over a product I bought and Helen went above and beyond to rectify the situation immediately... thank you Helen!
Would highly recommend using them.

Great shopping experience, I had to return my order as I misjudged the sizes (the loose fit are a size bigger than normal to go over other clothes) and spoke to Helen via email. Talk about prompt, professional and excellent customer service. Helen resolved my order and sent it out as soon as it was in stock. Will definitely be using TuffShop as great quality, customer service and value for money. Thanks Helen and team 👍🏻
