Out of warranty old boiler repair
Contacted Vokera for a one off repair. From start to finish the experience was great. Fault determined a new PCB was required, ordered and fitted within the week. Engineer who came was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Back office team extremely helpful. Shout out to Josh, Jay and Lyndon who gave great customer service. Our old boiler lives to fight another day.
Registration system is not good
I registered online ... it said you need to contact us for a guarantee registration code .. I did no option for that on phone went through to someone using another option ... he said no clue what you are talking about. Then he registered the boiler ... but I already had the certificate in my hand. All very confusing and not very well organised.

Absolutely disgraceful off service woke me up at 815am telling me the engineer will be there at afternoon
I did tell them clearly I work late hours so please call me hour before they woke me up deliberately messed all my morning
Avoid this company they treat Scottish people like crap
I felt discriminated I will not recommend this company
I spent 700 on boiler hardly used it it's broken down after 2 months left me with no hot water I had to wait weeks to engineer to come out
There customer service is a disgrace they treat us Scottish people with no respect avoid this racist company no wonder theres a riot in England because off them people at least it's peaceful here

Reliable boiler
Last Vokera boiler was 23 years old a finally gave up on me. Relaced it with the Vokera Vibe max 30kw. Very happy so far with its performance and features. Same make so very easy and quick swap over.

Great customer service
The Gentleman I spoke to has been very patient and polite. I tried to explain what I wanted to know and he has been very knowledgeable and manage to solve my issue in no time. I am very pleased.
Very good after sales experience
The after sales aspect was the best part of this journey . The new boiler was fitted and the after a a week or two ,there was no hot water function. The Vokera approved engineer Craig Fisher quickly assessed that there was a divertor valve problem , not good on a new boiler, but his prompt arrival and replacement of the faulty part ensured a great after sales experience. Well done Craig !

Updated after 10 months - just dread full, it keeps breaking down and having issues with pressure - had guy out twice from warranty! Wish I’d paid more
bought one of these for my rental and a gas safe plumber fitted, was reasonably priced and the extended warranty was simple to register, no complaints so far but only been a couple of weeks - I'll edit again in a a couple of months if its 5 stars but to early to say
