Our family has bought 4 vokera boilers. 3 of them have had problems, and one of those is useless, but because it was commissioned in another property the warranty is null and void.

I've been installing Vokera boiler now for a number of years.
Landlords I work for have been impressed with the cost, guarantee and back up service when or if required.

Vokera boiler vision plus 30s , fitted 3 years ago and had failed system pressure sensor , didn’t cover warranty because missed one service,
Very poor and cheap build quality boilers , aluminium and brass parts replaced by cheap plastic parts, avoid it all cost, regretted now have business with vokera.

Brian was excellent quickly came out and fixed the boiler. No issues.

Very helpful customer services team. Special mention to Mandy who put up with my initial grumpiness. Quick response and engineer onsite quickly. Guy did a very professional job in a short space of time. Took the time to explain things to me. Highly recommend.

Vokera boiler was installed 4 years ago, it broke down a year ago (year 3) and this year (year 4).
First failure was a hole in a pipe which caused a bad leak. The second was continuous lose of pressure and allowing air to the system. The pressure dropped down after several months minutes of repressurising the boiler. Radiators were full of air.
I do not recommend Vokera boiler. I never expected 2 failures within 4 years. Never again.
Another issue is that when the boiler broke down, I had to wait quite a long time for authorised engineer to repair it because only he could order parts for the boiler. I had "house emergency" insurance which could send engineer the next day but because of the difficult access to the parts, I had to wait until the authorised engineer was available. It was a nightmare during winter. It left me with no heating and hot water.

Great service and value for money. I had a boiler installed in my static van and it heats it up within minutes. Hot water instantly. Its not noisey either. Highly recommend ✨️

It's so easy to use, the digital display is so clear, makes such a difference and can't fault the performance of the boiler its amazing, my home feels cosy and warm, also the gas engineers were so helpful, done a fabulous job well done 👏
