This company Vokera, provides the worst boilers I have very come across. I have had fault, after fault, after fault and when I asked for a Vokera technician to come and do a fixed price repair, they do not provide out of warranty repairs in my area. They said they didn’t install the boiler so it is not their issue. Never ever choose a Vokera boiler!

Boiler which is just over 3 years old broke down last night. As it was out of hours I contacted Vokera first thing this morning and advised that we had no heat or hot water. Assistant was very nice and told me I would get a call from engineer today to tell me when they would be coming to look at the boiler. I explained that my wife was recovering from a critical illness so asked if we could be given priority. Got a call a few hours later from engineering company who said the soonest they could look at it would be Monday (3 days away) I reiterated the situation with my wife and asked if it would be possible for the boiler to be looked at sooner but was told they were fully booked but if there was a cancellation then possibly but it was clear that they had no prior knowledge of my situation meaning that the first individual I spoke to did not mention it to the engineers so clearly this made not a blind bit of difference to them. We are now faced with 3 days of February in Scotland temperatures without any heating or hot water. I was always told that Vokera boilers were very reliable which is clearly not the case as this is the second time this boiler has broken down in just over 3 years however what is more concerning is that it is clear that Vokera are the very definition of “corporate monsters” who care about the customers money but not the customer. There will never be another Vokera boiler installed in my home after this one. Considering that the product is so important to the wellbeing and comfort of the consumer it is truly concerning that this does not matter in the least to Vokera otherwise they would produce a higher quality device and provide a better standard of support.
Okay it’s humble pie time - turns out the boiler was working correctly and the issue was a spur the was not in plain view that had been switched off so my above comments are not fair on the appliance however I have only given 4 stars which is no reflection on the engineer who called at my home as he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Vokera on the other hand should re- think the level of customer support they provide as it’s not good. Regardless of the issue we had a 4 day wait for anyone to come out which is not good enough considering how vital their boilers are to their customers.

An update on the review I gave vokera,their staff,and performance and products.
This week I have had to have this easily heat 25i repaired again.I'm not prepared to go down the warranty road again as staff are rude,offensive,and don't really want to know even if your boiler is under full warranty.
Today,I have got my gas safe engineer to take out this cheap,nasty,inferior rubbish boiler of vokera out for a brand new more expensive boiler.when my gas safe engineer took the vokera boiler out,he said to me,what do you want me to do with this now?.I said throw it out the door onto the driveway!.which he did.it then went into his van and the last I've heard today is that it is now in a recycling skip!.(2 year old boiler,with 5 year warranty!)
This now is where I draft my letter to vokera uk head office.
Was simply changed from previous Vokera that I had for over 10yrs.
Fitted with no problem in a couple of hours. Very happy 😃
Great response to my boiler issue as company were successful in repairing it as was told it was condemned. Jay sent out engineer who fixed it and saved me £2500. I had been told it would cost me to replace it by another engineer.
Vokera staff are the worst I have ever dealt with. I got a call from someone called Mandy at 08.33am and she was so threatening and didn't understand anything at all. English person in a call centre and couldn't care less about disabled vulnerable persons because she was such a jobs worth. The engineer was called out earlier after a system failure. He put a cheap part in to see if it worked and again there was a problem. The engineer came today and fixed the circuit board and new display but his colleague doesn't deserve to be dealing with the public in my view. The engineer seen both times any paperwork in relation to servicing and this person Mandy thinks she owns the company. I'm reporting them to the regulators and intend to contact the press and media about this Mandy and Vokeras bully boy tactics. I'd rather deal with the parent company Riellio Boilers but I'd service remains so poor we need to stop buying their products until they go out of business and we get a more reputable reliable service from people who care.
Advice currently based on my customer service experience is BUY ELSEWHERE BECAUSE VOKERA DONT CARE!!!!!!!!

Our Vokera Easy-Flo le water heater stopped working in November 2025, shortly after the 4 year warranty period ended, with error message 04 which relates to Burner Thermostat in the manual.
I phoned several local heating engineers (HE) to try and get it repaired. One told me "I don't deal with Vokera any more as the help desk is rude and unhelpful".
The one I eventually chose came out, checked the boiler, phoned Vokera and was told it was likely to be a high limit stat.
Ordered part and fitted it one week later. Still not working, same error message. HE spent 45 minutes at position number 3 in the Vokera help desk queue before giving up. HE got through later and was told it was the PCB.
Ordered part and fitted it one week later. Still not working, same error message. Part removed and returned. Another call to help desk and advised it might be the burner thermostat. HE traced fault to corroded thermostat clipped to front of burner. Item cleaned up and refixed. Heater worked for 3 days.
HE returned. Cleaning did not work this time. Ordered new Burner thermostat 22/12. Part arrived and fitted 13/1. Water heater currently functioning.
This whole episode took 6 weeks to resolve and cost approximately £400 in labour and £50 in parts.
If the error message was "Burner thermostat" why didn't the Vokera help desk tell the HE to start there?
My disappointment was that there was no way of programming the boiler, just manual. If I'd of known before it being installed I would of not bought it.
Terrible process to contact the company during warranty. 1 hr phone line waiting times. Staff who are not customer focused. For a boiler company, they should resource adequately.
After waiting 2 days without heating and a failed visit by engineers who CONDEMNED the boiler.
On the third morning Steve Wagstaff came and fixed the boiler in 10 minutes!!
We have had Steve before and he is a credit to your company.
This boulder was installed on 29 Jan 2025, since December, we have not hot water, I have tried everything in the book
