The fitter was very efficient tidy and explained the system and set up the thermostat also gave a call a 3 days later to make sure we were satisfied with how the boiler was working very satisfied

The engineer was only interested in reasons why he could not look at the job or do the job. Everything from refusing to accept a valid service record to blaming other unrelated pieces of equipment in the boiler area.

Eventually did (quickly) look at the job and declare everything fine with no opinion or advice on what could have been causing the issue that resulted in requesting an engineer in the first place.

Next time when the intermittent fault occurs, we will just pay our regular engineer to come and look at it rather than waste time pursuing the OEM.

The instillation was really quick 4 hrs with the system working perfectly really pleased with the vokera boiler 5 star many thanks

Will need all boiler what will have termostat this don't have and need buy separately and get enginner to install

Happy with installation work, but was not offered a choice of RF controls. The one we got had only 3 ons and 3 offs. We subsequently replaced it with a thermostatic RF controller.
We find the noise made at the end of a heating cycle a bit loud.

Just had a Vokera Vibe Max C26 boiler installed in a 3-bed semi and I am very happy with it. Cheapest boiler at ToolStation ;-0 I was expecting a 5 year warranty but it said 7 years when I registered. Evocative stuff. Still not heard of Vokera? Well that's a new one for your vocabulary ;-0

Technical Support Review
I contacted Vokera Technical for advise while working on a 25 Compact.

Spoke with Nav who couldn’t have been more supportive. I regularly call other manufacturers and it’s almost like you’re inconveniencing them by calling. I didn’t get that with Vokera.

The video call function was something I hadn’t used with other manufacturers, and it’s a complete game changer. I suspect others will copy this in the near future.

In general, a great experience from some very supportive staff.

Exactly as required and does the job nicely. Replaced a 25 year old boiler. Easy to use.
