Great tool & support team!
Viral Loops has been a great tool for managing our referral campaign. The setup was intuitive, the templates made customization super easy, and the platform handled tracking and reward logic seamlessly. Even when we ran into issues (our team overcomplicating, not the tool) their support team was on point and super responsive, helping us every step of the way. Definitely recommend for teams looking to build excitement and community around a launch.

Impossible to cancel
Impossible to cancel. I canceled my Viral Loops subscription last year and haven’t used the service at all in 2024 — yet I’m still being charged! This is completely unacceptable. I’ve reached out to support and demand that this be canceled immediately and that I’m refunded for any unauthorized charges. Be very cautious if you’re considering signing up — they do not handle cancellations or billing properly.

Just to clarify, the original case involved a recurring upfront payment, which typically isn’t eligible for a refund under our policy. However, we made an exception and refunded you the full amount, as a gesture of goodwill, and we believed the matter was resolved.
We also saw that you left a positive review on another platform, which we really appreciated. That’s why we were surprised to see a different review elsewhere that, respectfully, doesn’t seem to reflect the full context of the situation.

I was locked out of my LIFETIME…
I was locked out of my LIFETIME account, with active campaigns running. Support non existent and over 1 year later I am still trying to gain access to my account.
I was told in December 2021 that the issue was resolved, and that I had been issued with a new account. This meant I was forced to award the star prize to every entrant in my LIVE campaign, costing me a fortune and setting back my business launch by over a year.
The "new account" I was issued with doesn't exist. I am still unable to access the acount and services I paid for.

WORST PLATFORM IMAGINABLE
Viral-Loops does not generate real leads. In fact, most of the time, it doesn’t generate any leads at all. The ones is does generate are fake/bots. There is no way to cancel on their website. When you try by reaching out to them directly, they offer you a free month (of worthless garbage) and charge you anyway!

Don't go there...
I have been a subscriber since the early years (Q1 2017).
However:
- they bombard you with the same marketing again and again
- the product does not develop
- they keep you on an old outdated (and expensive plan), even when they have launched new pricing
- they run 'lifetime deals' but will refrain from letting you transfer your existing account a lifetime deal.
I am now a happy user of Growsurf.
