A great tool for generating leads, extremely easy to set up and use. The customer service team is always quick and helpful. We’ve been using Viral Loops for over a year now, and it has really helped our business grow. The built-in landing page setup is also a big plus!

Absolutely worst support I have ever…
Absolutely worst support I have ever experienced. First of all, chat app is buggy as hell. Operators are rearly available at any time, and responses are inaccurate. Two times they "fixed" the issue and confirmed it is working, but nothing changed. I am trying to launch the campaign for two weeks, but I am unable to do so.

The chat functionality you’re using is not a custom Viral Loops app but a standard service that many platforms use across their websites and apps.
If by “operators” you mean our customer support agents, please note that they are available almost 24/7 via chat, email, and calls to assist you whenever needed.
Regarding your issue, the first two weeks are part of the trial period, which is designed for you to create and test your campaign before it goes live, this period is provided completely free of charge. From our side, we tested your campaign and everything was working correctly, so the issues you experienced were likely related to your browser’s cache or cookies.

Too expensive for what it is
Too expensive for what it is. Your devs can build this in half an hour, and you can probably vibe code it in a day.
To cancel you need to fill in a form that goes through a customer rep. This is very bad practice, thus two stars.

It's a good and simple solution, for a fair price, but at some point it gets very expensive if you don't clean your database often.

Really great software. Great experience with Viral Loops. So far, based solely on my experience with their customer service agent (Thanos), Viral Loops has been fantastic. He quickly resolved two support requests. The software is easy to use and integrate into our website. The emailing features are excellent. I will use it again for future campaigns. I'm satisfied!
