Very cool software
Very cool software. If you are like me and aren't crazy about asking for referrals, Viral Loops simplifies the process with some excellent campaign templates that enjoy "proof of concept" from many well-known brands. The user interface is nice and simple, but there are many Help resources available if you have questions. The customer support is also excellent!

Full feature set and lovely customer support!
We just launched our referral program with ViralLoops and we have been pleased with how easy the setup was and friendly their CS team has been in helping us launch the platform. Really looking forward to maximizing VL's full potential in the coming months.

Took a little while for us to get everything working properly but that may be because of our unusual needs. Now it's going, it's working great. Also great customer service on the whole.

We're still quite new to the implementation but it was easy enough to go through the wizard and set things up. Support has been prompt and helpful which goes a really long way.

Everything works fine, but support documentation could improve
Overall, everything works as expected with Viral Loops, the platform is stable and does what it promises. However, the support could benefit from more detailed and clearly written help articles. Some guides are a bit vague, which makes it harder to troubleshoot independently. Still, a solid tool if you're willing to dig a bit on your own.

Super cool way to get ppl to share my message about a new product launch.
As It's in sports, kind of niche - triathlon - a lot of my target audience knows 3-4 close friends / other triathletes and often are in a club (doing triathlons they are organized via national federations that gives the license, to be able to race).
So 9/10 more or less interact in some way or form - and in that manner got the contact information like mail address, if not not for the full club, then at least 3-4 others.
As - if you like me do innovative and new products, you know the market wants - there's no better, faster and qualitative way to get in front of your ppl / the audience.
Of cause besides these killer features, in these AI times - your message / product will come trough a trusted friend or someone in your closed circle, not some marketing bot or agent.
So If you are anywhere like me me:
- relevant - fast - high trust - and - actually not just very, but super low cost.

A Good First Impression
So far, based on my experience with their customer service agent only (Thanos), Viral Loops have been great. I've cheekily requested a trial extension twice, and they've been happy to action both times. I'm yet to go live with their referral tool but from poking around, I can tell their campaigns are thought out. I appreciate the flexibility there. A downside for me is they don't integrate directly with Omnisend (you need Zapier). Once I've test/gone live with their tool, I'll leave another review. For now, Thanos, you've been great.
