Great experience so far! I just launched my Refer a Friend campaign and it's going great. The UI is easy to navigate and the customer support time is very responsive. Will definitely use again!

Very fast & intuitive UI
Very fast & intuitive UI. Easy to create double-sided campaigns. When a customer gets a referral request from us, often the first question is "what's in it for me?" Viral-loops helps us quickly provide that value up front, as well as dashboards for clients to track referrals and rewards!

Every time I’ve rolled out the double-sided referral program, it’s made me money. Not just once, every time. It costs pennies to set up and reliably turns into thousands in revenue.
I did have one small hiccup, but Thanos stepped in and had it fully resolved in under 24 hours. He’s an incredible, brilliant resource and a true fountain of knowledge who goes the extra mile to make sure everything is 100% fixed and that I’m happy.

I've been using Viral Loops for my referral campaigns, and it's made everything much simpler. The platform tracks referrals automatically and shows clear performance data, saving me hours of work.
