Service spiralling down over the years

I have been with them since it was domainsatcost anout 20 years ago.if its not 1 thing it another.
I'm away from my desk and my phone emails stop working. Then realize the 2 of us travelling dont have access to our emails.
Start with a chat, they want me to delete my account on my phone.. i explain I dont have my password with me, then the ask me to sign in another way, then asking me for my password.... 4 times in total. Also aski g me questions already answered... I get p'ed off.
I call and its the same person, she hangs up up on me, call again, she sais she is transfering me to someone else, line goes dead, call a 3rd time, same person again who sais she is alone.
It seems like I'm always the one to blame and not there system
Now I cant send out my emails.
They have been getting worst and worstas time goes on.

Switching to outlook business and moving my website in a few weeks, I already started and gave the go ahead to the 2 other companies to start in 2 weeks.

Wrong item and missing parts

I purchased my E-priam Stroller from this company last year and we just found out when our baby is transitioning to the fabric seat. We realized that they sent us a wrong seat insert which doesn't match to our stroller model, canopy and padding are also missing. I tried to connect with their customer support team and surprisingly they couldn't find my information in their system. How this type of company run their business online that they don't have history of information of the customer who made purchased in their website. The lady who's helping me is so lost after I provided all the necessary information in order for me to rectify the issue. To their support specialist department, I need my concerns to be dealt with. This is something that cause trust issues and deception towards purchasing a not so cheap stroller from your company. We trusted your pinky promise as what you advertise in your website as it is brand new but opened box. The false advertising doesn't look appealing to me as a consumer. I am still trying to get a hold into one of your customer representative in regards with these matter in order for you to make it right for me.

Since post covid - Rebel,com is gone brurally down hill

Since post covid, they have become the worst registrar - instructions on the site are incorrect, what should take 5 min , take 2 hours plus, they do not pay attention on chat, the AI is horrific as it never understands any request, the chat cuts out, even when you give precise instructions, they do not read but rather assume - ie .com instead of .ca, their shopping cart has no easy way to remove a domain you do not want anymore, the shopping cart will switch the domain on you despite you clearing the cart and starting fresh, they tell you they will get back to and dont - a common issue among many corps , and that was just on this last call, i am now working on moving all my domains away - i was with them since the days of Magma - how sad

What you’ve described, confusing instructions, cart issues, chat frustrations, and not getting follow ups, isn’t the experience we aim to deliver, and it’s fair to call it out. Spending hours on something that should take minutes is frustrating, full stop.

DNS settings for a noob = support was great!

I got a little intimidated with the advanced DNS settings and didn't want to mess anything up. So I hopped onto the chat. There was little to no wait for a REAL PERSON and they helped me get my google workspace all set up and domain verified. Easy peasy!

Deceptive Domain Search

I used Rebel.com a lot several years ago when I needed .com.au domain names. I went to rebel.com because I require a .com.co domain. I searched for several quite obscure names, but every name came up with 'not available but make an offer'. I even did searches for random nonesense like erihjf645jdfau.com.co - everything returns an already registered condition. I then went to alternative domain registrars and all the names I searched for at rebel.com were available. Disappointed to see the company is now using deceptive practices. Avoid.

In this case, .com.co domains aren’t currently offered through Rebel.com. They’re a less common domain type tied to Colombia, similar to how .com.au works for Australia, and not all registrars support them. Our search results should have made that clearer instead of suggesting the names were already registered or available to bid on.

That’s on us to communicate better. We’re reviewing how unsupported TLDs appear in search so customers get a clearer answer right away. We appreciate you taking the time to flag it. If you’re open to revisiting your review, we’d really appreciate it.
