My experience with both Israel and Del were great. The other support team members much less so. As a suggestion, I would also refresh the chat line regularly as I waited as “next in line” for over 30-40 mins in some cases whereas I got quicker support through calling support and via email with Israel and Del directly.

Many things at Rebel are just so easy to administer. Even things like Certificate renewals and domain transfers are just so easy at Rebel. I have used many other companies over the year but it seems Rebel has put in the effort to make this easy. Their Tech support is quick to access and so far no bad experiences. Quick resolution and usually first point of contact resolution.

The transfer of one Rebel domain to another Rebel account was easy to get started, the customer assistant person was helpful and there was virtually no wait--but the reason I needed to contact customer support was that I immediately got hung up in security issues around a transfer that looked like it should have been a quick purchase. Plus the transfer time was longer than I expected...so not ideal but so far good enough!

I'd almost given up on Rebel support but Priya restored my faith in the company. I'm not a wiz at the backend of the website and needed help. Their slogan is 'We're here to help', and they're not kidding! I had a billing issue, and Jasmita helped sort it out in minutes. Our WordPress site went down this morning, and I no longer had "the guy" that we were using to support the site. After a quick chat with Rebel.com, Audrey showed me how to add another user so my "next guy" could access the WordPress site without access to the rest of my Domain Hosting. Great. Since we were handling our own support for our sites, I wasn't sure if Rebel.com could help, but I thought I'd throw it out there. A quick security verification to confirm I was who I said I was (I appreciate that), a two- to three-minute wait, and then Audrey came back to tell us our site was back up and running!
She just "had to increase our PHP performance settings," and there you go. I have no idea what that means, but her magic worked!!
