Careful this bunch are in my view Scammers. I keep getting threats and insist I hit a renewal" button, but no indication of the amount or what the fee is or what it is for.. they have NOT responded to my FOUR written requests for at least some detail on what they are charging for. Some of the individual staff are great but the company's policies and execution are just awful. Don't deal with them
Thursday 22 jan 25 have asked again and again for pricing for my renewal" and REBEL.COM still have not responded with what my cost would be if / when I were to renew. Why refusing to give price

'Award winning' service directs you to a chat that indicates there is '1' person ahead of you. There is '1' person ahead of you for an hour.
Nameserver wasn't recognized by Google authentication, and no help forthcoming. Many other, better providers that have more scope and reach, and integrate with web builders better than this.
I don't recommend.

I had a great experience when contacting Rebel online chat platform. I had informed the agent of an email I received from Rebel with regards to updating contact information and I was unsure of it's legitimacy.
They promptly created a ticket and asked me to provide them the email communication so that they could investigate it further.
Within minutes they had confirmed it as SPAM. Their quick response and resolution helped me prevent a potentially catastrophic security breach for our company.

Isreal was so patient and so kind with me today. The person I had before was somewhat helpful but Isreal was incredible. He walked me through, even gave me words of encouragement, and I was able to get all my email stuff set up with my personal domain. SUPER happy with the expernece.
