Niels from Viisi guided us through the full process of taking our first mortgage with a lot of attention and expertise. All the time we felt that things were under control and we had nothing to worry about. Clear steps and instructions, a convenient system for uploading documents, and support for all questions - everything was perfect!

The advisors of Viisi (Laura and Jaap) are very knowledgeable and always available. They were able to provide quick and valuable advice at every step of the process. Moreover, they have an in-depth understanding of the market and the various mortgage providers. All-in-all, our mortgage application process went smoothly, we got a good deal and managed our risk.

We had a great experience working with Viisi, who really helped us out with all the financial and administrative related processes when we were buying our house. We worked with Natascha and she guided us with every step along the way. She was always available for any questions we had. She also gave us solid mortgage advice and also helped us set all the required insurances! Very impressed and highly recommended!

Whole process was clean and smooth. I had no troubles understanding what we are doing and what comes next. Any question I raised was answered quickly and clearly. In some cases they even helped me figure out things out of their direct control.

We've recently used Viisi's help to buy a flat in the Hague [hey Niels! :)] and loved pretty much everything about the process:

- Very clear introductory call, which already gave us a nice understanding on the options we'd have. Unlike advisors in one of the biggest local banks (whom I spoke to before coming to Viisi), advisors in Viisi know how to deal with cases where a big chunk of an income comes through so called provision (something many contractors are familiar with);
- We were asked to upload a list of documents to a portal and answer some questions in an online questionnaire. A few days later, Niels delivered a comprehensive 2h-long presentation (based on our documents & answers), during which we discussed everything from types of mortgages to various insurances we might want to apply to, and were able to choose a lender by the end of the meeting;
- Niels and Jeroen made sure all the communication with the lender was done in a timely manner (the lender had us submit some extra documents);

- In the end, we got our mortgage approved for the whole amount we expected.

To summarize, we'd definitely recommend Viisi to anyone buying a flat/house in the NL. You'd be surpised with the quality of service you'd get there :)
