It was second time working with Daan (viisi). The experience is amazing and even better than the first time. We had some uncertainties for our remortgages to new home and also we needed a bridge loan as we also needed to sell our current apartment.

My wife and I had a great experience with VIISI! Initially we were invited for free Expat Housing & Mortgage seminar at VIISI Amsterdam office in Surinamenplein, 124 in the mid of December 2022. There VIISI experts, Niels and Harry explains in a lot of details about the Netherlands housing market, overall procedure of buying house in the Netherlands and some important details and features about the Netherlands housing market and buying procedure. Then VIISI organized personal meeting (also free) where we checked with Niels our personal inputs for a mortgage, how much we can borrow based on our inputs and current level of interest rate that we can get. VIISI highlighted to us that with all our inputs we can get mortgage in the Netherlands and then we started our process of finding house in selected area. VIISI also recommended to us a buying real estate agent who specialized in the area, where we wanted to find a house. Once we found our house and done with trading and preliminary purchasing contract signing, we signed the contract with VIISI to arrange the mortgage for us. Thomas Sies and Niels Lengers were our agent from VIIISI side. We had personal meeting in VIISI office where we selected the bank to apply for a mortgage and list of the docs that we should prepare for the mortgage. Thomas and Niels always guide us with the steps that we should do to and information about the documents. One of the preferences to arrange the mortgage via VIISI is that you can download documents to VIISI portal and then VIISI will apply for a mortgage to the selected bank and process application from your behalf. VIISI also helped to arrange Life Insurance and Home Insurance for you mortgage.
We fully satisfied with our experience with VIISI to arrange the mortgage and retrieved detailed overview of buying home in the Netherlands and highly recommended VIISI to all who want to get their new home in the Netherlands!
PS. At the Notary Deed our notary also highlighted that VIISI customers are the most well-prepared and informed people at all Notary Deeds that they had :)

The system that they have in place to help us navigate the whole mortgage application process is very clear and well organized. We were able to submit all the required documents without much hassle. The team is also very responsive and super helpful, especially since we're expats and they speak very good English. They were also very patient with us and provided us with all the mortgage options clearly.

In the end, we managed to secure our mortgage from the bank in less than a couple of weeks since getting the house deal. Comes highly recommended.
