As an expat family buying our first home in The Hague, Anne at Viisi was exactly the advisor we needed.
She supported us through six rounds of bidding — issuing an "Offer with Certainty" certificate each time. We lost the first five, but Anne never made us feel discouraged. When we finally won on the sixth attempt, everything moved incredibly fast: from our first meeting on 21 April to mortgage approval by Obvion on 12 May was just 21 days.
Anne structured our mortgage thoughtfully around our specific situation — single income, 30% tax ruling, and future proceeds from a property in Indonesia. When the taxatie came in lower than expected, she was honest about it and proactively tried to recover the difference, even if ultimately unsuccessful.
