I reached out to Viisi through a recommendation from my friend. Niels Lengers from Viisi has helped me to provide advices and obtain my loan. I really appreciate his knowledge on subject matters and fastness in processing. Not only mortgage, but also he has covered all other related subjects like insurance, extra financing, etc... Due to a few uncertainties from the seller side, I have to postpone the discussions a few times. But Niels was very patient with the process. Once I decided to buy the apartment, the consultation and submission of the loan were very fast. I can always reach Niels via phone or emails. Even though the service costs bit more than others, I experience greater service from Viisi. Hence I recommend Niels and Viisi from an English speaking expat's perspective.

I would highly reccommend Viisi Amsterdam - Hypotheekadvies. Their fee is reasonable and the company operates a very smooth and efficient service. My advisor was Arjen and he was incredible! I cannot recommend him enough. His communication was clear, timely and very efficient. He was also very patient by answering all my questions (and there was a lot!). By the end of the process, I felt I really understood the terms of my mortgage and we secured the mortgage incredibly quickly which took the pressure off! Arjen is very knowledge and gives very sound financial advice; for any further financial advice regarding mortgages, I will be reaching out to Arjen at Viisi.

Overall, I thought this would be a very stressful process, especially as a first time buyer, but the Viisi makes the process very clear. If you are expat I would highly recommend their services.

From the consultation to the actual mortgage approval, Viisi is a great advisor and I highly recommend it to anyone buying an apartment. Advisors (in my case Timo) are always available for support and guide at every step of the process.

I’ve been advised by Anne, and she’s been incredibly helpful and responsive, even during the free consultation phase. We were in the middle of purchasing a house with costs at the top of our borrowing capacity, and Anne’s support and knowledge really helped us shape our decisions.
That first property didn’t work out, but when we found the next one, we worked with her again. And the mortgage process was blazing fast! From the start of the application to full mortgage approval took just 7 calendar days, and part of that time was us gathering documents.
