Getting an EPC
The process was straight forward. The contact advised 30mins before arrival. Checking round for the EPC was simple. He advised what was possible to improve the score, when the data would be available to view and how to contact if we had any issues.
The data was available 24hrs earlier than quoted!
The EPC will help us in our future planning.

Booked a 9-1pm slot, requested that day to have a call 1hr before as I don’t live at the property, they accepted, I called again that week to confirm. The day came, I decided to wait there 9-1pm anyway as I had to leave shortly after. Nothing, no call, no email, I rang to be told he would be there at 1:30pm, so I turned around and drove back, arrived at 1:35pm, no sign of anyone, called back, was told he “waited at the door” he didn’t!
Pete finally arrived, rushed around took some blurry pics, didn’t ask any questions or ask to see anything further, rushed off. Came back with a D rating, I questioned it, he said he forgot to mark a couple of things down so adjusted it but insisted he had done everything right! I’m appealing it again as it’s wrong without a doubt!

The appointment was made through the estate agent it was well organised and kept updated through out the young man even rang me on the day to tell me of his visit time when he arrived he explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. once finished he explained that he would get the report to the estate agent the next day he did not disappoint
