I tried to call yesterday the whole day
I tried to call yesterday the whole day and I was kept on the call for almost 3hrs. I was number one for a long time without getting through. But today I called exactly at 9am and my call was number one again and in about two minutes I was attended to. The service was excellent and they explained clearly everything I was inquiring about.

We are penalised, and given short deadlines whenever ZD request something, but the time it takes from evidence submission for a conclusion to actually be reached is shocking. The time it takes for it to go to evidence review, then actual adjudication and then for a conclusion is ridiculous. The offers to Landlord's are insulting. And even when an agreement or result is made, ZD will say 5 working days, but then someone at ZD will say 5-10 working days, and then I'll chase it 15 working days afterwards, and I'll be told "it hasn't been actioned yet, the funds will arrive in 5-10 working days" and then the process starts again. Timing is the biggest issue. I could stomach the rest if the deadlines were actually adhered to.
