Communication - company & on site
The communication from the company & booking process was great.
The person on site could have explained more about what they were doing to generate the EPC, why some things may have a lower rating and have something to hand over that showed where to locate the EPC at the end. We had to ask ‘What now ?’.

The post-EPC discussion with Vibrant was excellent. They took the time to explain the reasoning behind the score awarded and answered all of my questions clearly and professionally. While our aim of achieving an EPC rating of C was not met on this occasion, the discussion was constructive and provided valuable guidance on the improvements that could be made, together with consideration of the associated costs.

I would highly recommend Manjinder Kooner of Vibrant Energy to any landlords needing to upgrade their rental properties' EPC ratings in line with new Government guidelines. The ease of communication through the whole process put our minds at rest at a worrying time. He even made us aware of new logarithms that automatically updated some of our properties with no hassle or expense. Once again, a great service.

EPC Consultation
I contacted Vibrant regarding an EPC on a property that I had bought. Mani Kooner called me back at the agreed time and was able to talk me through the EPC in detail and provide suggestions as to how I could improve the efficiency of the property. He was also conscious of budget and took time to work out how I could get the most efficiency from my budget. Mani was very patient with my questions. I would highly recommend.

Vibrant and EPCs
I used Vibrant in order to increase the EPC ratings on my rental properties.
They have been the most efficient and easy to work with company that I have used.
I spoke with Mani and he organised the EPCs direct with the tenants, modelled the results and worked out what I needed to do.
I was put in touch with a company they deal with in Birmingham who did the work. The EPCs were redone and now I only have 1 property to finish.
I cannot praise them highly enough for their professionalism, especially Mani.
