EPC Report and Review
I had a follow-up call with Mani Kooner to discuss the EPC assessment and report for our property. Mani was very helpful and provided lots of useful information about the EPC, changing legislation, and what improvements could be made. Mani was punctual and polite. He explained various technologies which were new to us. Excellent company.

I would like to know how you arrive at the value of the house
We had 5 estate agents look at the property and they were all approximately £100,000 higher in their valuations.
If your valuation is very wrong how can I believe any of the other judgments made?
