If you ordered your EPC through an estate agent then the report goes back to them to send over to you as per their request.

Polite personnel, but recommendations not totally right.
Staff member was very polite. EPC and recommendation documents were not as accurate as I would expect. For example the recommendation included an ASHP which we have already.
