So impressed with the service from The Seam. I sent two jumpers, each with a small hole for invisible mending. One is a very fine knit cashmere, the other thicker wool. I honestly can’t see where the holes were. Selina L is a magician!

The whole process is efficient with direct communication with the expert.

Sandra Z is a knitwear wizard! She has now completed 2 jumper neck alterations for me ( one to remove a roll neck and make the jumper a crew neck, and the other to decrease the height of a funnel neck ). Both are amazing, you would never be able to see how the alteration has been done and they are both exactly what I needed. Thanks Sandra!

I sent a designer handbag to be repaired by The Seam as the handle had snapped from me overfilling it for years. The Seam were so professional, quick to respond and their prices are the most reasonable I've found. I am so impressed with their work, shout out to maker/repair person Suzy W! Not only did she make an entirely new handle and sourced matching leather, the stitching and work are impeccable. You can't tell the bag has been repaired and the skill to remove the lining, replace the handle then reinsert the lining is incredible. They also cleaned my bag and have made it look almost new! I didn't realise how dirty it was when I sent it in...my bag has such a new lease of life and many more years of use as I've learned my lesson about overfilling it! I highly recommend The Seam and would recommend them to anyone to carefully and expertly repair items.

From my initial request to mend a moth hole in a cashmere sweater everything went very smoothly. My mender Skye Pennant responded quickly with options and pricing and also kept in touch regularly with updates and photos. My sweater was returned very quickly and the mending was truly invisible. I cannot recommend this company and this particular mender too highly. A positive experience from start to finish.

Very happy with my repair. First time user of the seam. Hannah did a great job with MaxMara down coat. The two way zipper had broken and she assessed and gave me options. Communication was great throughout. Very reliable.

I have a 20-year old Cartier bag which was battered and the seams had burst. I hadn’t thought of the Seam but Summer there did a brilliant job of tailoring all my trousers so I sent the bag off. Arzu did an amazing job - it looks like new and I can’t see where or how she mended the seams but they are perfect. I had a great experience with The Seam. The maker Rosanna did an amazing job repairing my Prada handbag. It had cracked and worn out handle and scruffs all over it so I have not used it for a while.
