I visited this shop and found the proprietor Nigel, to be extremely helpful and professional, he repaired my very old shoes beautifully.
This man is an absolute expert, I would never take my leather repairs anywhere else

The delivery was on time.
I watched the video and followed instructions to remove a mark on my leather bag. The leather cleaner did not work at all. It made the stain worse.
I send a photo of the stain to the company and their advice was to buy another kit to use on the stain that was made worse by their cleaner.
I am very disappointed. There are other leather cleaners that are better .

I found a tear in my beloved leather coat and contacted the Leather Repair Company I had just found online. I sent photos and they quoted for a repair. They were very clear and didn’t over-promise on the time it would take and what I could expect from the repair. In the end I was without my coat for 16 days and you have to look hard to see where the damage was. Extremely quick and helpful in their emails. I have nothing to compare the price with but I would recommend the company. I took a risk and they certainly delivered.

Used the Aniline Leather Care Kit to clean and feed my year old Next contemporary sofas in a fine antique dark brown aniline leather. I followed the instruction and achieved an excellent finish. A great product that restores fine leather back to the original finish.

The leather cleaner did not work for me to remove dye stains from a car interior.

I recently did the 1-Day Upholstery Foam Course with Leather Repair Company (LRC), and it was fantastic! Richard is immensely knowledgeable and inspiring, and the course gave me great hands-on experience as well as insights into the business side of things. With the warm, friendly support of Carolynne, the hospitality and organisation were second to none. I came away with new skills, confidence, and plenty of inspiration, and I am already looking at booking my next course. Highly recommend!

I have a much loved black leather coat that somehow had got a small tear in the leather. I tried to find a company to repair it for a while without sucess before I came across the Leather Repair Company. Not cheap but they gave a clear reply as to the work involved, the price and the effect of repair. The job was done quite quickly and I am very happy with it. Good communications from the company. Would recommend.

We've used LRC products to colour several leather sofas. This included repair work using Flexi Filler & Fiber Binder as well as dyes and clear coats. All LRC products are easy to use and give fantastic results. We turned 2 brown, battered, old sofas with cracked leather into 2 very stylish light grey sofas. Someone even described them as new. It took us a day but we were very pleased with the result.

Would highly recommend. They were super helpful as I was unsure which product I needed. The product worked and has saved me from ruining my clothes with leather colour transfer!

I brought several products from leather repair company to transform a vintage sofa which was heavily soiled. The products worked amazingly. I am overwhelmed with the transformation. Called them and got great advice on application method to soften the original Connolly leather in my 1958 Rolls-Royce. Bought the leather softener product, followed thier advice, and the seats are the best they have ever been since I have had the car. No need for a re-trim now. VERY HAPPY *****

The wealth of knowledge that both Richard and Carolynne shared with me on their leather repair course was staggering. They covered different types of leather and how to identify each one, with lots of hands on examples. We then moved into leather repairs, showcasing the LRC products, which can only be described as phenomenal. Each one making the repairs to my seat so simple and yet almost perfect. A very in-depth lesson into paint mixing and matching was next to finish of the training and the repairs to my once worn-out leather car seat. Highly recommend the leather repair course, jam-packed days full off hands on training, awesome products and knowledge that doesn't end when the training does. These guys are always happy to help you when needed. I left the course feeling very confident that I had learned the skills needed to be able to offer my customers a fantastic service in leather repairs.

After reviewing the response from the company maybe the reply they sent to me was misleading in as much as it stated ‘at this time’ when it is not a service they offer?
The reply should have stated that they did not offer the service I required as their response led me to believe they did not wish to bother with it ‘at this time’
Therefore I will amend my review to 3 stars

I wouldn't even give one star. I bought some leather dye for a pair of shoes and they did not change colour AT ALL. I was then told I should have added extra pigment (presumably another purchase). This was not clear on the website. Customer service was poor - they were just not interested.
