We had a mark on our leather sofa as a result if damaged caused by my son leaving a wet item on sofa overnight. The young woman who attended our property to repair sofa has carried out an amazing repair. Her workmanship is fantastic, the sofa was restored to original condition and the mark is totally repaired. She was clean, tidy, polite and courteous! I highly recommend. The repair was great value and a-lot cheaper than replacing the sofa.

I would strongly NOT recommend using this company. I sent them a leather tool wallet that belonged to my late father for some repairs, this was was sent back via EVRI who lost the parcel. I have emailed several times and initially Trevor said that he would get this sorted. Since then they have just ignored my emails. I am owed at least a refund of the costs which EVRI tell me can only be done by their customer, which is not me! Being sinical it would seem that they had my money and pocketed the refund too!

Really quick to respond to my enquiry about recolouring a very faded leather jacket, the communication was good and process for sending the jacket there and receiving it back was smooth. The whole service was very quick and the jacket looks great! Very pleased with the results, given an old jacket a new lease of life where it was totally faded to white before so would definitely use again! Thank you!

Trevor repaired the collar of my vintage Chanel raincoat. The quality of the work is impeccable. The shade of the colour matches exactly, the stitching is invisible, the cleaning of a truly well worn coat is exceptional. I now have my off white and black kid leather coat looking brand new. I was in grief mode, thinking that it was time to get rid of my tired and battered, leather messenger bag, but it has had a new lease of life thanks to this company!!

Booked a repair for a leather chair in July.
They cancelled at least twice.
Then turned up today, claimed they got no answer from the intercom. 4 people in the house, 3 cars on the drive
Pedestrian gate next to intercom open.
Home office in front room, occupied saw no-one.
Never phoned to see if we are in. Emailed to see if they were coming to be told they couldn’t get access.
Asked for a call back, guy didn’t give his name and tried to blame us for not answering the Intercom.
If that’s how they communicate, hate to think how poor the repair might have been. No apology, not arsed.
Therefore no business and I shall go elsewhere and recommend anyone who asks me to do the same.

Excellent service, I didnt think my Bike Jacket (not Leather) could be repaired but a new main zip has been fitted and it looks perfect as new. Very Happy

Incredibly impressed by the result. Got liquid from an oil diffuser on my perforated chocolate brown leather mercedes amg seat, tried/failed to remove it myself & thought i'd have to buy a replacement seat.. Shockingly the lady from Leather Restoration rectified it within 30 mins and you'd never be able to tell the stain was ever there to my disbelief, thus i couldn't be happier to recommend their service.

All I needed was a brass metal zip for a heavy biker-style leather jacket.
The last company I used made a complete pig's ear of it: not even brass, but black, and it started falling out after two weeks.
After looking at the reviews on TP, I sent it to 'The Leather Restoration' co.

It took a couple of weeks, but what a fantastic job.
Their team of craftspeople had a hard task, as it is really tough leather.
Exactly the result I wanted, with a heavy-duty brass zip that has been stitched in properly.

Yes, it is only a jacket, but I would get my settee recovered by these people

I managed to puncture the bottom of a leather bag. I contacted leather restoration, providing photos and measurements of the hole.

Trevor came back very quickly with a price, inclusive of picking up and returning the parcel. The whole process took a couple of weeks, and I was provided with updates throughout the process.

I am very pleased with the work - you need to look closely to see where the hole was. I have been using the bag again during my work days, and I have had no problems with the repair.

Highly recommend.

I am very disappointed with the service I received for my Gucci leather handbag. I sent it off to Trevor to have the external leather refreshed and the internal lining cleaned. I received the bag back and even though the external looked better the inside was still filthy, I could have saved myself a tonne of money and done it myself. There is no contact number, no known address, except a unit in Lincolnshire where my bag was sent to. I have emailed Trevor relentlessly, but getting no where.

I would avoid this company.

Trevor seemed great at first. He was responsive, sounded like he knew his stuff, and confirmed he safely received my wife’s Louis Vuitton bag via special delivery.

Then everything changed:

Weeks of ghosting: I had to chase him for 6 solid weeks, only to get vague, rude replies.

Ignored offers to collect: I offered to just come and pick the bag up myself to make it easy. Complete silence.

No bag, no answers: It became painfully clear they had zero intention of returning her property.
I’ve had to go to the police and Trading Standards just to try and get her bag back.

It’s been an absolute nightmare and a massive breach of trust. If you care about your luxury items, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.

A simple and straightforward process for getting a quote, and the jacket despatched and returned.
Jacket itself transformed from a tired and shabby look into a new looking (but not too new) finish, uniform colour across the whole jacket: equivalent to a full car body respray, not just touch up of a panel.

I had a Jimmy Choo and a GUCCI hand bags brought back to life, they were both a bit tired and showing signs of use, both were beautifully restored and now have many more years of use in them.

Thought we would be sending my partners leather coat to the charity shop. The arms and lapels had all discoloured. We decided to look on the internet to see if someone could salvage it. Wow, what service we received, coat came back today like new, so pleased. Highly recommend Leather Restoration
