Spilt perfume in a brand new leather bag .
Wasn’t sure if it could be rescued, but after communication with Trevor and receiving a quote, I sent the bag via courier for repair.
This was a simple, quick process to arrange.

It didn’t take long for Trevor to get back in touch to let me know the bag was ready to be returned, and again it was a simple process to arrange.

Bag looks brilliant, and I’d use this company again if needed.

Extremely disappointed in the repairs and after care
The chair was repaired and within a few days of using again the rip reappeared
I have repeatedly contacted Trevor via email and he has come back to me with excuse after excuse saying we did not leave it long enough before using which is untrue we actually left it more than the recommended time.
I would never use this company again

We started using the chair on the 18th and noticed the damage straight away and sent Trevor the below email on the 19th April

They repaired my precious leather handbag of many years recently. It was restoration of the original colour of a small area. I had doubts as the colour wasn't easy to match and I've done extensive research on various sites for colour matching and new similar looking handbags. In the end I decided to go with them taking a chance. Price was reasonable with collection/delivery. It made me smile when I received my handbag - brightened my day and years to come!

They responded to my enquiry promptly and arranged a date,to sort out leather recliner chair arms that were looking very sad to due to wear and discoloration ,the technician Grace did a fantastic job,the colour was a perfect match and the arms looked like new,really pleased with the result as they were looking really tatty

Husbands favourite navy coloured leather jacket had a hole in the middle of the collar caused by rubbing on a hanger. Hole filled and colour matched perfectly, jacket now good as new to wear.

I’ve just dodged a bullet. Contacted this company to enquire about a small repair to the pocket of a leather jacket. Sent photos as requested.
Immediate response - £89 to include collection and delivery. Asked where they were based as I felt uncomfortable relying on a courier service, due to one negative review reporting their item had been lost.
Immediate response from ‘Trevor’ Quote ‘We do not offer a walk in service try handbag clinic’.
I’ve since delved deeper into their reviews and read many more negative reviews.

My package was lost. Despite evidence of the my bag having been delivered by the courier company no concern was shown or assistance given by Trevor. For a service that relies on the goodwill and trust of customers to send their items to them, it was an extremely disappointing experience.

It was so easy to get in touch with Trevor and I explained my problem with him and he done all the rest in booking me a technician for my budget I wanted to pay and no fuss he kept me up to date with my the date and time slot for the day, he basically done everything for me so thanks Trevor i would definitely use your company again when needed

My Marc Jacobs bag was missing a few studs and has been in the wardrobe for years. I found The Leather Restoration online and was happy with the price they offered so I sent it away to them. I booked a slot to have my leather car seat restored and was very surprised at how well this looked on completion. The seat was worn badly at the edge but not damaged and the restoration took only the best part of an hour and you would never know there was any wear. Such an excellent job and the lady who came was very polite and professional. Any work i need done in the future, these guys will be my first port of call.

We had a very well-travelled and much loved leather holdall that has been with us to many a destination over the past 30 Years. Unfortunately, the zip had become unstitched from the bag and lining detached from the leather outer. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the zip could be replaced at moderate cost but even more pleased (and surprised) that they considered that they could save and reattach the lining. I had thought it had been too damaged over the years. Suffice to say, both elements were repaired and we are now reunited with the holdall. I am particularly pleased about the lining. The replacement zip could, perhaps, have been slightly more top end, but at least it now functions once more.

Excellent service, my “old girl” leather jacket which is 25 years old looks like new again. An extended life of being lived in, worn and loved coming up

Technician arrived when said they would. Very efficient taking time over the damaged area ,leather settee looks great again ,fixed the damaged within half hour great job

I had a favourite Balenciaga mini purse that had developed general wear and tear. I was hoping to replace it, but unfortunately it had been discontinued, so I decided to look into repairing it and got in touch here. All communication with Trevor was excellent—very clear, helpful, and professional throughout. The purse was repaired and returned incredibly quickly, and it now looks as good as new.

From straight to finish getting my jacket repaired by The Leather Restoration was brilliant.
Communication, ease of process for sending, confirmation that it could be repaired, the payment process and the delivery of the jacket were all so simple.
The best bit is the repair, you can't even see where the jacket was cut, I'm pretty certain these people are wizards! It's like the damage never happened.
