What an amazing job!!!

I thought my designer bag had been ruined due to some oil stains I just could not get off no matter what I used or tried, I was gutted as I’d paid a lot of hard earned money for it.

My last resort was to try a professional- I came across The Leather Restoration on google and WOW what an amazing job!!!

It’s like I have a brand new bag!!!

It was a really simple process of sending the bag, even though I was initially told it would take 4-6weeks, I think I got it back in approximately 2weeks!!!

Very fairly priced, I would use them again and recommend them.

My beloved blue leather jacket had three very visible scars: one cut and two 5p sized areas where the leather was missing its smooth top layer. Trevor had the jacket for less than a week and for an extremely reasonable cost I have had the jacket returned in as good as new condition. In fact, I cannot actually say now where the damage was to point out the repair! The repairs are 100% invisible. Absolutely incredible, top notch quality work and I have no hesitation at all in making this recommendation. Just so pleased to have found these guys.

A very effective service, I told Trevor what I wanted, which was to renovate my favourite leather jacket, he asked for some photos and confirmed he could do it; he arranged for the courier, and not many days later I got it back looking smart again. I am very pleased.

I found this service online as needed some repairs to an old trusted leather jacket. Having researched quite a lot this appeared to be the best option. From the moment I first enquired the process was flawless and the quality of work perfect. A really great service for a fair and reasonable price with logistics worked out their end. Technician arrived and do job on 20 minutes which was suprisely quckly.
After one month all paint gone from my door card and it is now same condition as before .
When i contacted them and asked for fix this under warranty , response was it is not covered by warranty.

I used them to replace the leather trim on a TUMI backpack. Valued over £1,000. When I got it back they had used 'pleather' not real leather, badly trimmed, and badly sewn. First time I used it the back panel separated from the front!
Emailed them both through their web site and through 'Trevor's email. No replies.
I then raised a claim here in Scotland through the Courts Simple Procedure. Which they found in my favour. No reply to them from business.
I contacted the Sheriff's office in my area but they said as need a physical address to take action. The only address is a business address of 'convenience' in London. Nothing in Companies House.
So I have no recourse but to make it my mission to tell everyone, everywhere about them.

The lady arrived on time
She was very efficient and replaced the cushions I provided for the seats of my two recliner chairs taking great care in her work.
I have no hesitation in recommending the Leather Restoration Co. for their work.

Really simple process to send laptop bag for repair and the bag has been returned safely and promptly. The repair seems to be of excellent quality and I am delighted to be able to use the bag again.

I recently sent a leather briefcase to Leather Restoration to repair a broken handle. The cost include postage to a from the company. The handle looks really good as they manage to match the leather. The job only took approximately 2 weeks. I was extremely pleased with job and would definitely recommend them.

Sofa no longer looks a state, best cash spent this year.

Trevor was prompt with email replies. Gary came out today and sorted out the mark and discolouration on my sofa and it looks great! Really pleased with it and price was reasonable too.

I sent a leather jacket off for repair before Christmas and have not had it back. All I received was an email from 'Trevor' asking for payment of £125 plus £25 if I wanted it cleaning and his bank details. I asked for some photos to show the repair had been carried out properly but have heard nothing. They still have my jacket. I have no faith whatsoever in this Company. There is no contact details, phone number etc and a no reply email. I wrote to the address that my jacket was sent to but the letter came back with no response. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. I'm normally very careful with online companies and sending stuff through the post and wish I had done a bit more diligence beforehand

Our settee and two arm chairs are over twenty years old and even though we have looked after it, it was starting to look worn and going a bit saggy. Grace has done a wonderful job. All the worn out arms are back to nearly new again and she has plumped up the seats and back cushions. We are so delighted and would definitely have Grace back to do any more work which might be needed.

Fantastic result on repain to our cream leather sofa. It had a worn out surface on one seat cushion and looked terrible! Now it looks like new again…just amazing, cannot give them enough praise for her work.
