The product itself is beautiful and as described, very happy with that.
But delivery took nearly 3 weeks, it took a week for item to be dispatched even though the website says to be dispatched 3-5days in stock which it was. It was sent out over a week and then getting mucked about with parcelforce. Not happy with the actual delivery and dispatch time and how it was handled.

There was a crack in one of the support pieces. It doesn't seem like it will impact the usability, given the low weights it carries, but it was disappointing to see. The curve of the rocking slats is not even there are a ew points on each where it noticeably changes, leaving an uneven rocking experience.

We bought two chairs and we love them. We had a problem with one of the pieces, and The Rattan Company was very helpful and replaced the piece immediately. Amazing customer service! We are planing to buy two more chairs.

Had an issue with a bench that arrived damaged. Was offered a replacement and a partial refund or to return the time and recieve a full refund - this was communicated immediately. Can't ask for more.

Really lovely options online, quick delivery, easy to assemble. I realised that Cesca chairs are not patented and so these are a fantastic option made really well!

Great looking item and easy to assemble

Rattan was a great help in sorting out postage costs to my country. Emails were responded to quickly. The item arrived well packaged with no damage. The item was every bit as good as shown online. I would buy from Rattan again.
