Completed repair to colour loss on a head area which had been caused by my husbands head, they have completed the repairs to a very good standard, advised on going aftercare.

Communication was great from the technician advised the curing time which was backed up by the receipt.

I had a small colour peeling problem on my settee and chair also my chair seat needed new padding. They quoted £310. The man who came carried out the work in thirty minutes. He told me it would dry in 10 minutes.
I noticed it was still sticky. Four days later on closer inspection I found that the colour was coming away.
On contacting them by email they were not interested.
Please do not be conned like me and loose your money.

My sofa had numerous scratches to one section caused by the dog's claws plus some peeling and a sagging head cushion. The repairs are so good that I can no longer see where the damage was. I am so pleased. The repair man was on time and the repairs were carried out in a clean and efficient manner.

The company gave a quick and reasonable quote. The postage and return system was simple to use. the handbag came back looking like new.

Trevor and Simon, so unprofessional, Simon more than Trevor. They are refusing to return my wife's MK bag after receiving payment. Not a pleasant experience, they tried to charge me £10 to send me photos of the repair work. Very combative, generally unpleasant to deal with, I wish I had never trusted them to help me cheer up my wife after she recieved some terrible news. Stay well clear of this company.

I would advise you go back through the emails and see your mistake.

Once you have rectified your mistake we can get the item returned and we both won’t have to endure these email conversations.

I have used this company three times now for restoration of my leather jacket collection. Each time great service and excellent repairs.

Ripped leather jacket I thought was a write off, but this company has repaired it very well, very difficult to see were the repair is, you need to know where the damage was.

The chap came to fix a "sunken cushion" on my cream leather sofa. He was 10 minutes doing it charged £125. I don't have a problem with the cost but the finished result is atrocious! It is rock hard and much higher than it should be. I approached him to ask if this could be looked at as it's like sitting on concrete, his customer service was appalling, and he has just fobbed me off. My suit is ruined!! Steer clear at all costs.

I always had a prompt reply to my enquiries.
My jacket looks new again and I shall enjoy wearing it again.
It had looked faded and had a few scratches in the leather.
It was a reasonable price and I am wholly satisfied.

Does anyone know how to get hold of Dave at leather restoration pls my settee the frame needed repairing they sent a lady out who was supposed to repair it, it’s worse than before and dips even more now
I have tried contacting them via email all week and no response feel as I have been ripped of pls help

The leather strap on my bag had been broken thanks to my dog. I found Leather Restoration via a Google search. The quote for the repair was reasonable, compared to some other quotes which were simply outrageous. I found the service and the repair very good. I would definitely use again.

The strap connection on a leather handbag had broken, and a Google search put me in touch with Leather Restoration. Although not local to them the process was very straightforward - I emailed photos of problem, they confirmed price & sent Evri label for bag to be sent to them. Once work done ( very quick turnaround) I was asked for payment and bag delivered back to me via Evri. Very pleased with repair & would use again
