What an absolute pleasure to deal with Leather Restoration. I have a 20 year old sofa that was worn and had holes. The company made this such an easy experience, exceeding expectations all through the process, from constant Email updates, speed of work, delivery pick up of items, quality of work...I was blown away. I organised an appointment for my sofa repair via email (they are uncontactable by phone) and was told I would be contacted with a 4 hour time slot by the day before the appointment at the very latest. I was not contacted and sent 2 emails to chase which were ignored. As I expected, no one turned up. I contacted another local company who quoted me half the price for the job. AVOID

I tried to get a repair done on my leather sofa. Initially their reply was OK giving a quote but when I questioned how good the match was likely to be Trevor referred me to another Peterborough company. When I checked with the suggested company they said that I would be better with a mobile company. When I went back to Trevor to ask for available dates, he said that he could not help further. Wonder how good they actually are. Perhaps I missed a bullet of almost £700. Now looking for another company!

It appears that Trevor gets job offers from several different Companies. I applied to a different site for repairs and Trevor replied that he did not want to receive any requests from me. He either has different sites with different names to avoid bad feedback from the likes of Trustpilot, or he is a freelance repairer registered with several sites. It could be difficult to avoid him if you live around Stamford Lincs.

Sent my 1980’s Leather Jacket which was discoloured and various areas with cracking. It was returned as good as new.

After a disaster with my dog chewing a hole in my leather sofa I was really pleased to find a local company that could repair the damage. They were quick to respond to my enquiry, send a quote and arrange a visit from one of their technicians. He was on time and repaired the damage.( All within a week of me contacting them). Good communication from this company and great service. Would definitely recommend.

The process of sending the item to Trevor was easy The work took a couple of weeks and the craftsmanship was excellent.

Excellent repair service in every respect, I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Do not use, used this company for a colour repair on leather couch. Cost £150 for two patches. Was here about 20 mins, colour looked good but after closer inspection found that a heat gun had been used and melted part of the couch. Emailed Trevor as there were no other contact numbers. Was told that it wasn’t them and it had been there before. We now have to get the couch repaired at our cost.

I highly recommend leather repairs, the young lady how came to my home so lovely, I didn’t think any thing could be done to improve my 20 year old sofas after they were damaged by my sons dog.. how wrong I was it looks amazing, it looks almost brand new, no visible scratches and new foam seating put in, the cost was so reasonable, saved me thousands as I was going to buy a new one.. so glad I didn’t

I had my high quality leather jacket fully relined & minor tears around the main zip & pockets repaired by The Leather Restoration Company. I was very pleased with the result, and the quoted price was fair & reasonable - especially as a replacement jacket would be difficult to source or be extremely expensive.

Had my sofa springs repaired today, technician arrived on time, completed the repairs fast and efficiency left no mess and advised on going care, easy to read receipts.

My Handbag has a new lease of life thanks to it’s new lining. Helpful firm and good workmanship

I have now used Leather Restoration twice and on both occasions they have achieved an amazing as good as new repair! Great VFM for the work involved!

Absolutely rubbish customer care, dealt with Trevor & Simon neither had any intentions in rectifying my issues just kept fobbing me off.
Asked them to refurbish my leather steering wheel, not a difficult job! It looked alright but managed to spray paint over the whole dash and after three weeks it came off the wheel. Waste of money so I wouldn’t recommend these guys at all. Completely unprofessional. Stay away!
