Corresponded with Trevor via email, who arranged a visit to repair our broken leather sofa. Gentleman came out to repair the broken straps and cushion foam which had moved, didn’t want us watching him! but finished repair in under 2 hours. £390. Once he left house we tried sofa and found one cushion so lumpy it hurt to sit on it. Still not useable. On form that gentleman left with us it stated we had 30 days to raise any issues regarding repair. Note No. phone number and no means of complaining. After several emails to a Simon (not Trevor now), stating we had an issue with the state of the cushion left after said repair, he was grossly unhelpful saying we had to pay for them to come back and fix it again. Really! it’s their repair that has caused the lumpiness.
DO NOT USE THESE UNHELPFUL CHARACTERS. Would not recommend them at all. To date they still have not agreed to come back and sort the cushion out. Despicable! After sales disgraceful!

Absolutely avoid this company. 2 males responded from the company email (Hotmail address)
Stated a price but declined to provide any details. Trevor & Simon as other reviewers have mentioned.
When I explained I was trying to avoid them a wasted journey Simon became abusive.
I certainly wouldn't want any other technicians in my home or having my details. Appalling.

I was a little nervous at first, sending off my favourit & most expensive clothing item ever, my leather jacket, for a repair on a small patch at the very front of the jacket where the leather was cracked ripped and almost looked burnt, but I didn’t have to worry because Trevor’s communication right from the initial email and quote through to the work being completed, was outstanding. He replied quickly and repaired my jacket beautifully. Looking at it now, you wouldn’t know that it was ever damaged. My jacket was sent back to me using the free Evri tracking service which is included within the price. Trevor is like a leather magician! Thanks again. Great job. Thanks to the great craftsmanship, my jacket will go on looking great for many years to come.

Leather Restoration recently restored / refurbished my much loved but very ‘distressed’ 20 year old leather jacket. I was very impressed with the quality of the work, which was excellent, and also Trevor’s communication (from initial quotation phase through to completion and return of my jacket). I was also surprised that the price wasn’t higher. They did a great job and which was definitely value for money.

Communications were great, Trevor responded to emails very quickly and we were able to convey exactly what i wanted. I think things could gave been sped up with a phone call after the bag had arrived to discuss in more detail. The process took about a month, less than the lead time given. My vintage 70s Coach bag now has a functioning zip and I am thrilled. Would highly recommend. Thanks Trevor!

My leather coat had a tear across the shoulder. Trevor has repaired brilliantly. Process is very easy excellent communication by email, and the repair is invisible.

I had a much-loved leather handbag repaired ( shortened strap). I am delighted with the result and the care taken to understand my requirements - not an easy process when everything is done by email. I'm very happy and would highly recommend this company.

This is the second time that I have used this company to repair a designer bag and they have done another great job! Communication and service is great… a special mention of Trevor who is very helpful! Prices are also reasonable and the quality of repair is excellent.

I was very nervous initially sending the jacket off for repair as there seem to be so many scam folk out there. However, I experienced great communication from them. On my jacket there was a new zip and it was totally relined. Took about 12 weeks but came back as good as new. The jacket was over 40 years old and now looks as though it has another 40 years life in it. So thrilled

We had bought a new Italian leather sofa and chair and my cat took a very partial liking to the texture of this lovely suite! New to her as my previous leather sofa was of no interest to her.
She had managed in a very short period of time make it look absolutely dreadful! I contacted the leather restoration via an online form and sent photographs of the damage she had done. I received a quote pretty quickly which was reasonable. I don’t know what my expectations were. I had kind of written off the furniture as the damage was quite grim.
When I came home from work yesterday I was elated, the repair is superb! You can barely see any evidence that my Cat had done what she done! I would highly recommend anybody who needs leather repairs due to ‘cat injury’ to contact these people. I will be keeping their number and contact details for future reference. Thank you so much for a job very well done.

We needed a repair doing to a leather jacket. Searched and found the Leather Restoration. Contacted them and a response came back straight away. Service was excellent. The cost of repair included free collection and delivery. The jacket was repaired and the quality of work, again excellent. Would highly recommend this company
