Grace, a technician for this company, repaired two scuffs and slight rips on my sofa, caused by moving the sofa through a doorframe. The repairs are excellent, as there is no sign of the damage now. Truly invisible mending! Thank you

I recently had my car seats restored by this company, and overall, I’m very satisfied with the results. The leather looks significantly better, with the cracks and fading nearly gone. The technicians were professional and friendly, explaining the process thoroughly. The turnaround time was quick, and they even offered some helpful tips on how to maintain the leather going forward. The color perfectly matched, and its hardly noticeable unless you're looking closely. All in all, a great service that I would recommend to anyone needing leather restoration!

I wouldn’t give them one star, turned, supposedly fixed my mums sofa, charged £165 , left and it’s exactly the same, complete cowboys

How can these guys have some good reviews and then be so awful?
I believe they are conmen as they have taken my beautiful leather briefcase that was bought for me by my late mother and they will not return it or even respond to my emails.
Avoid sending anything to these guys, trevor or dave!

Have to say I should have spotted some f the issues early. No contact details on emails, no tel numbers. Payment not via credit card etc.... anyway 120 for 20 mins. Looked of initially, but all stick now. Several attempt to get to "Trevor" but no reply. Also I love their "Review" link message on their website.. no reviews just a statement that people have a right to their option etc. All I want is for "Trevor" to make contact to rectify the work. Seems they are OK with zips and handbags but......

Worst rip off company and will never recommend them to anyone. Charged us £185 to repair our sofa, technician was in our house for a total of 20 minutes and left saying the repair was completed. Emailed a completion certificate which has no name or signature on it for either the technician or one of us. Multiple attempts to contact company have been ignored. Avoid at all cost unless you want ripped off.

My leather handbag needed a new zip , I found this company on google.
Sending my bag to the company was straight forward, workmanship is excellent, the new zip is the exact colour of the old one.
Repair was reasonably priced, delighted with the outcome, my favourite handbag is now reusable again.

I’d worn my cherished thick leather jacket so much that I’d actually worn the lining out on the inside and it needed replacement. I’d approached several dressmakers and even saddlers - no-one could help. I came across Leather Renovation online and after an email conversation, I sent my jacket to them with some trepidation. I need not have been concerned. The lining was expertly replaced and in fact, was better than the original! Excellent workmanship, highly recommended 😊

My handbag needed a new zip and I found this company via Google. Booking a repair and sending my bag was straightforward. The process took longer than I had expected but Trevor always replied to any queries, and I am very pleased with the result now my bag has been returned. The zip colour-match is excellent as is the workmanship.

Very happy with my experience the Leather Restoration - I have a vintage LV purse that had come unstitched at the sides and it has been stitched beautifully and at a far better price than LV quoted. So pleased I can use my purse again.

Trevor is wonderful to deal with and the repair to my gucci bag was exceptional...His communication from start to finish was so reassuring.
I had reservations at first sending such an expensive bag through evri ( labels sent by trevor for postage) to a stranger and anxiety of it being returned.

I was absolutely delighted by the repair that the Leather Restoration Co. carried out on my Michael Korrs handbag. It is an unusual shade of blue and they managed to make this much loved, but rather scruffy bag look like new. I can highly recommend this company for the quality of both it’s service and repairs.

My wife's leather jacket had got some,looked like; black oil/grease,in various places around the jacket front. No idea were it came from. I tried to clean it off myself, making the problem worse. I found the leather restoration
company.What a great find! I sent photos of the areas to be looked at, and the chap I delt with ,Trevor, very helpful indeed said yes ,we can do that just send it to us ,free of charge and we will revive it and send it back ,free of charge. Got it back today. Brilliant job. It is now wearable again, my wife is very pleased. I definitely recommend this company. Thank you once again.

They restored a cream leather car seat which was damaged and stained by mold! What a fantastic job! Couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Communication was good and they came to my home! Thoroughly recommend!
