Sustain Heating did an amazing installation of the air source heat pumps with new radiators with new hot water tanks plus removal of the old gas boiler in my stone building with ease. They were good sorting out unforeseen issues with ease and were very understanding and kind and did a brilliant job

I was very nervous about buying an ASHP as I had heard many horror stories. There is also a lot of misinformation flying around. The Sustain Heating guys totally allayed my fears. I met them at the Malvern Show and they spent a good hour taking me through the basics. I had several visits prior to the installation to make sure that everything was in order.

The installation was quite complicated but they accomplished it to my satisfaction. The whole team were polite, professional and friendly. All of them have been fantastically trained and all understood and answered the many questions I had during the install.

The system is working fine although it is early days. The company have been very patient answering my questions after the install - most of the issues I had were Operator Error!

I am so pleased with the whole experience and very lucky to have found such a professional and caring company. I have no hesitation in recommending them

Fantastic company and service from start to finish. We had solar panels inverter and batteries installed. Already seeing the benefits - wish we had done it sooner. Highly recommend this company and after care service superb.

Great team that got on with the job efficiently and were great at keeping us up to date. Minor issues that emerged were dealt with promptly and effectively. they were always available by phone and there customer service was excellent.

I have converted a very late 1800's property to an ASHP and the install very tight. Sustain did an absolutely amzing job - very pleased they do not sub-contract any of the installation.

These guys take you through from start to finish in a professional, friendly and helpful manner. They work well together which is great as they communicate with each specialist in the team which makes thing less stressful. There is a lot that goes in to an instal like the one we had and I was extremely grateful for their communication. We have an energy efficient, toasty house now :-)

Sustain have a lot of experience in fitting Solar Panels and batteries. They showed me awhy their configuration was better for me than the company I orginally went with. Tehy were brilliant in installing and making sure the whole system worked well. They are very professional and very efficient (like a good energy company should be!). Very pleased with the result and customer service (even now after it was installed 6 months ago).

So very pleased we used Sustain Heating and Renewables for our solar upgrade. We had a false start with another company who turned out to be terrible, so started off nervous, but everyone we dealt with at Sustain were welcoming and reassuring. They took time to go through all our concerns and everything we wanted and translated it into a bespoke system. The team did a thorough and excellent job, including removing and disposing of the old system, meticulously patching and repairing the roof and installing new panels and batteries and all the electrical gubbins to make it work. The whole team were extremely professional and delightful to have around and they all clearly knew exactly what they were doing so were able to explain every step. All of them clearly took great pride in their work – a refreshing change from contractors simply following instructions. And Daniel was always at the end of the phone to answer any additional questions, and still is as we get used to the new system. We now have a top-class system that generates electricity even on a dull day, heats our water, charges our electric car and lets us control it all from an app on our phones. We would urge people to beware of inadequate companies hiding behind glossy brochures who turn out to be incompetent. Sustain Heating and Renewables are a fabulous small family business who have done an excellent job for us and we highly recommend them.

Sustain installed a 16 panel PV and battery storage system last month, and it is perfect. From initial sales visit though quote to installation (in 4 weeks, the largest delay was waiting for grid approval) the whole process was smooth and efficient.
Particular shout out to installers Callum & Scott and electrician Lucasz who were professional, friendly and helpful, consulting us an all aspects of the layout etc.
We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I recently had an upgrade of my heating system to an Air Source Heatpump. After much research I went with Sustain Heating and I am very glad I did.
From the very outset I could tell that I was in safe hands and everything was explained clearly.
The teams (plumbers,electricians) who came to do the work were a great bunch and left everything clean and tidy. The system has been in for just over 2 weeks now and I could't be more happy. A minor glitch at the outset was sorted out quickly and I know that if I should experience any problems or concerns that I can call Sustain at any time. So nice to find a company with proper values and customer service!

Sustain installed our solar panels and PV batteries in 2022. Since then the system has worked without any problems until we had some roofing work done. Sustain noticed that the system was down and rang us to find out why and then sent an engineer to get the system back up and running. The problem was solved with no fuss and everything is running as it should again. Excellent service.

Sustain Heating and Renewables installed out Air Source Heat Pump, batteries and co-ordinated everything, including existing solar panels, to work smoothly together. They recently installed our car charger which works seamlessly with the system.
Their work force is well trained, competent, polite, careful and they leave everything clean and tidy.

We had solar PV installed a couple of years ago. Everything was neat and tidy and all the staff friendly. It performs very well.

This winter we had sustain back to install a new heating system and heat pump. Professionally designed. Carpets and floorboards were taken up and holes for piping created. House was put back exactly as before and everything done was near and tidy and looks great. House is comfortably toasty throughout… we never managed to achieve this level of comfort with our old gas boiler!

Perfect post install support too.

We had an informant electrician mess up our heat pump setting on two days before Christmas. Within minutes of dropping Daniel an email he called and walked me through a soft heat pump reset ! Saved us from a cold Christmas Day. Thank you so much Daniel. Sorry we interrupted your works Christmas dinner 🥘

We were given clear information and options regarding what we required. We had plenty of opportunity to ask questions at the start of the process and by email/ phone before the installation.
The surveyor also explained the process and options clearly.
It was all sorted quite quickly although we had been informed it may take a while to get a date.
The guys who installed the panels and electricians were efficient and very helpful and informative.
I would recommend using this company from our experience.

Explanation of all procedures from costing to dates of installation explained. full survey of property requirements and comprehensive report produced .Work completed with minemal amount of mess and disruption, last minute alterations catered for without fuss, completed on time, slight leak in airing cupboard quickly rectified like any problems likely to arise only a phone call away. we are delighted with its performance over last winter, outstanding company . Sustain's fitting and aftercare for our PV system have been outstanding. The personal care and monitoring of the system has been exceptional and response to any questions or issues has been prompt.
Also, you generate electricity and save money.

The company were easy to contact about the installation, they arrived on the correct date & installed the system. The installers were tidy & polite, the system works well, we've seen a reduction in our electric costs.
The workings of the Invertor SolisCloud app were not explained to me & the app is rubbish. Might be great for installers but hard to read & gives little info to householder.
I can't reccomend a system using this app if you are interested knowing what you are generating, using & exporting.

After a shaky start the end result is excellent. I would have given 5 stars had the start date of the installation not taken 5 months.
But once the scaffolding and the panel's had been fitted the results are good and the electrician who fitted the equipment was excellent and I really recommend buying the Eddi management system that controls where the electric generated by the panels go is really good.
Overall Sustain Heating did a good job and I will be using them again.
