Fantastic Coach, excellent customer care
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Spanish55 over the last (almost) 2 years! A huge reason why I have stuck with lessons is because of my coach, Coach Jacob. I have taught previously and know how much it takes to be an excellent teacher. Jacob is always prepared- either to push ahead or for targeted review if it has been awhile since a lesson or if I haven’t had time to study. There also is never any judgment regarding a lapse in time so I don’t feel embarrassed but rather empowered to keep going even when life gets busy.
I have been thoroughly impressed by his ability to understand with subtle intuition exactly what I need in a lesson and I have always felt comfortable asking for more help or to have something explained further.
The most important thing for me when starting out was to feel comfortable with the coach so that I would be confident enough not to be self conscious to make mistakes and ask questions. I have always felt comfortable and enjoy my lessons every time!
My experience with customer service/customer care has also been amazing. They are very responsive and quick to easily help with any issue I have had. I can’t recommend Spanish55 enough. The entire process in every aspect has been above and beyond what I hoped for.

Some quick thoughts…
Just dropping by to share some quick thoughts on my sessions with Coach Francis. Honestly, they've been amazing! Francis has this knack for making Spanish lessons feel less like a classroom chore and more like catching up with a friend who just happens to be really good at Spanish.
What sets Francis apart isn't just her patience or how well she explains things (though those are awesome), but it's her genuine enthusiasm. It's pretty contagious, and it's turned what I thought would be the hard journey of learning a new language into something I actually look forward to every week.
I gotta say, if anyone's thinking about diving into Spanish, they won't find a better guide than Coach Francis. She's made a real difference in how I see and enjoy learning Spanish.
