No warranty support

Bought a B300 pool robot which took a month to arrive. Sometimes the robot would go too quickly so the front end would lift off the pool floor and hence not be vacuuming as there was not full contact with the pool floor. Emailed them 3 months ago, still no answer. Then a few days ago, the robit stopped charging. This time I lodged a support ticket throught their support portal. No reply after 2 days. Not expecting a reply anytime soon given their previous slack performance. These companies should be shut down and you shouldn't support them as they do not provide support services or honour their warranty.

My pool bot B300 stopped working 12…

My pool bot B300 stopped working 12 months into a 2 yr warranty. Despite numerous attempts to contact Robot My Life using their customer support portal I have yet to receive any response from the firm.
It seems impossible to make any personal phone contact with them. I will be making a formal complaintw through the Office of Fair Trading
I would definitely warn against dealing with the firm or their parent company.

Brought the pool skimmer

Brought the pool skimmer, the basket disintegrated within months, I have contacted via email to attempt to source a replacement and have had 0 responses to both emails I tried.

DO NOT BUT A ROBOT MY LIFE POOL CLEANER!

If you’re thinking about buying a pool cleaner from Robot My Life, do yourself a favour and WALK AWAY. My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating, not only because of the poor product but mainly because of their non-existent customer service.

Trying to contact this company is impossible. Emails go unanswered and phone calls lead nowhere. You submit enquiries hoping someone will get back to you, but you get absolutely no response. It feels like once they have your money, they completely disappear.

This is not just my experience either. After reading other reviews, many other customers report the exact same problem: repeated attempts to contact the company with no replies, no callbacks, and no assistance at all. Reviews frequently mention emails being ignored and phone numbers that only lead to voicemail or automated responses.

A faulty product can happen with any brand. What really matters is how a company deals with it. Unfortunately, Robot My Life appears to have no meaningful after-sales service, leaving customers completely on their own.

In my case, every enquiry has been ignored. No acknowledgment, no follow-up, and no effort to resolve the issue.

If you value customer support and expect a company to stand behind what they sell, DO NOT BUY from Robot My Life.

This has been one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made.

Never, ever buy from them!

If I could give this company a zero, I would. They take your money and then don’t deliver without multiple emails. And they make you pay for fast delivery as they give you no other options. This is a form of extortion. I’m going to report them to consumer affairs as I’ve had enough! I was fool enough to give them a second chance with another order, but never, ever again!!!

Robot My Life Deserves Zero Stars

I wish I could give Robot My Life zero stars as that is what they deserve. I have contacted the company repeatedly since 8 December 2025 requesting assistance with my broken pool robot (less than a year old). After two months of constant contact, I finally receive correspondence on how to return the robot; however, they have yet to provide the postage label. Once again, I emailed them repeatedly for the last two weeks with no response.

DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not use Robot My Life.

I purchased a Poolbot 300 in February 2025. It worked for the first 4 months but then it would not charge and ceased to work. As advised by the company the product was returned in September and since then I have not received any communication from them. Numerous emails have gone unanswered and the next step is to contact the ombudsman.
My advice would be do not purchase any product from this company.

Worst customer service and product

We purchased a PoolBot in October 2024 online and did not receive the PoolBot until March 2025. In October 2025 the PoolBot stopped working. I submitted multiple requests for assistance to return the machine with minimal response. We finally had to submit a complaint with NSW Fair trading to get any resolution. The company finally sent us all the details to return the item after three months of radio silenced and then proceed to hold onto our PoolBot for a further 5 weeks. It wasn't until NSW Fair trading made formal contact with the company seeking a refund on our behalf that the company repaired the machine and sent it back. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tickets remain in responded to and there is no one you can speak with s they do not take messages or have anyone monitoring phones. Please do not purchase from this company as you will end up with a whole lot of frustration when the machine inevitably breaks down.

Have not received my product

Have not received my product, can not get onto anyone from the company, I have tried many ways to contact them. They sent me a tracking number that doesn’t even exist with the courier service. Starting to think I’ve been scammed. Has anyone actually been able to get a response from this company?

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. AVOID!! I purchased a B150 unit from Robot My Life for $999 NZD in October 2025. The unit failed within six months and will not power on or charge.

I lodged a support ticket (88448) on 9 February 2026 and received no response. I followed up formally under their advertised 2 year warranty and again received no reply after more than 10 working days.

The product is still under warranty and the company has been completely unresponsive via email.

Buyers should be cautious. Warranty support appears non-existent.

Warranty issue

Bought a Moebot S20. Awful experience. Lasted only 9 months. Issue is the Moebot got a system board failure and of course Robot My Life never honors any warranty. Robot My Life likes to rip off consumers with their Awful products like mowers that don't work on grass and pool bots that get damaged by water. Please avoid this company.

Product PoolBot S100 Pool Skimmer

Product PoolBot S100 Pool Skimmer. Glenn Yee - you should hang your head in shame - your products and customer service are woeful. I bought multiple items from your company, the quality is not good for the price. The product with the worst performance is the PoolBot S100 Pool Skimmer. The press clips that holds the lid down is the thinnest of plastics and broke within a month - the lid holds the basket underneath it in place, so it now functions sub-par. then the basket netting is deteriorating so leaves get sucked in and fall to the pool floor through the holes.
I logged a support ticket in Dec 2025, and i still wait for a response - all i get is repeated requests for video's, photo's and other delay tactics. your 2-year warranty will be out before you even get an initial response.
I have also emailed Glenn Yee, the owner multiple times with no response. Your service is so bad that you are drowning in complaints and correspondence you just gave up on responding to or complying with Australian Consumer Law!!!

S100 Pool Skimmer Dud

I ordered and payed for a S100 Poole Skimmer 14-12-24 after a number of enquiries as to when it was coming I eventually received it on 3-1-25.
The unit work to some degree of satisfaction over the past 12 months.
The mesh in the catch basket started to disintegrate approximately 3 months ago, initially the machine would run for a good length of time each day, it started to run for shorter intervals about two months back, I eventually took it out of the pool to charge it, thinking the solar panel was not doing its job.
After leaving to unit on charge for quite some time it became apparent that it was not going to charge.
I rang Robotmylife and was answered by a AI answering service, the machine took my details and I was assured that a person from the company would be in touch with directly, this never happened.
Not having received my call back from the company, a few days later I rang them again, again the same thing AI sent confirmation of my call via text message but still no call back I have since tried to contact someone again only able to speak with an AI robot.
If this is the service that this company is providing, they are not worth dealing with, if you can't even get a response to a general enquire, why would you spend hundreds of dollars with them when they are not going to support their products.
I would advise everyone to stay well clear of buying any products from this company.

Ordered PoolBot S100, Received Wrong Product (Manatee SE), Zero Response

Ordered a PoolBot S100 robotic pool cleaner from Robot My Life in Jan 2026 ($449 via Afterpay). Received a Manatee SE (different brand/model, worth ~$200 less per Alibaba.com). Box, manual, and unit all say Manatee SE or PoolBot or PoolBot Pro, like they just took the manual and used word to replace the names but did a terrible job.

Contacted immediately with photos. They claimed it was a "PoolBot S100 Pro upgrade," but no such model exists from manufacturer. Asked for proof or return label—no response for 6+ weeks despite multiple emails.

Their return policy promises 7-day responses and covers shipping for Consumer Guarantee failures. Completely ignored.

They only responded after I had afterpay investigate them and spent a few weeks trying that out.

Ultimately Afterpay sided with merchant as "I recieved something." Now down $449 for a useless robot. Just wanted a nice Christmas gift to clean my parents' pool as they're getting older.

Avoid—dishonest substitutions, zero customer service.

Purchased a T20 robot vacuum from Robot My Life

Purchased a T20 robot vacuum. Delivered fast around 7/1/26. Did not know until reading inside the box manual/setup paperwork that my wifi had to be 2.4ghz only for it to operate. I have 5ghz. Since the 9/1/20 I have patiently contacted Robot My Life to organise a return of the vacuum as it will not function with my wifi. 1 email and 9 phone contacts later talking to a very polite and sympathetic robot voice and receiving 9 ‘tickets’ from them to respond to me (4 of those were escalated as urgent) I have not received a single response from them over the 5 week period. It is the worst customer service experience I have ever had !!! My advice would be STAY AWAY from Robot My Life !! TW
